It’s sad that I can no longer recommend Donut King. The quality and service has definitely declined since ownership changed hands. My husband and I decided to give them another try this morning. We went through the drive-thru - tried giving our order twice before being asked to pull around because they couldn’t understand us. At the window, tried to order a ham, egg and cheese croissant and was quickly told they were out of ham. Our order ended up being (1) bacon egg and cheese biscuit, (1) steak, egg and cheese biscuit and (1) jalapeño pig in a blanket. She repeated it to us correctly and gave us our order a few minutes later. We drove off and went home. Opened our order and it was completely wrong. What we received was (1) sausage egg and cheese biscuit, (1) roast beef egg and cheese biscuit and (1) regular pig in a blanket - with very little blanket.
Get it together Donut King. Your service and quality of food is terrible.

Got my order wrong, gave us a dozen old dry donuts, then refused to give a receipt. I don't know what happened, because they used to be amazing.

Sad they don't even make their own donuts. Not even delivered fresh daily, try weekly then they're frozen and thawed at room temp.

Not everyone likes cheeseburgers. I tried to order the lunch special without cheese. Said they couldn't do it. I was really trying to find a new place to get a good burger for myself and my coworkers. Pig n a blanket was good though.

If you’re driving past Covington Ga, and you pride yourself on knowing all the best little spots- add this place to your list! It’s FANTASTIC! The donuts are fresh and delicious and breakfast sandwich hit the spot. The staff is super friendly and patient… because picking from all the choices takes time and willpower ;) It’s 100% worth a stop if you’re on I-20 and need a little treat!
Kid-friendliness: Kiddos were having a great morning with icing and sprinkles from ear to ear!
Food is delicious, but the people behind the counter seem to be annoyed by their customers. My advice for the uninitiated…have all of your donut selections memorized or risk being talked to like your a two year old by an impatient mother. My advice for the owner, you should be setting the example to your staff and not taking whatever frustrations you have out on the people trying to give you money.

If you’re in the Covington Georgia area you need to check them out. They do not just have donuts. They have everything they have calzones pizza some of the best deli meat and sandwiches not just your average donut shop plus many different flavors of coffee and tell him I sent you.

WOW, what a great place! My daughter and I stopped in for a noon break to get coffee and a sweet treat. Folks that work there are super nice! The coffee and treats were fabulous. A short stop but very memorable!!! Thank you!
