I ordered two drinks today — An iced macchiato and an iced coffee. Both were absolutely horrible. So much so that I’m a Dunkin regular and I never want to go back. It actually made me sick my stomach. I will drive the extra five minutes to Starbucks from now on. The iced coffee tasted water down an old and I have no idea what swirls they gave me, but it was not what I ordered. Same with the iced macchiato Disgraceful

I went inside to order the sausage, egg and cheese croissant combo meal with black coffee. The cashier asked cream n sugar? I said no, just black. I was served coffee with cream and sugar. The croissant was over cooked to almost being burnt. I got six hash browns, 3 were cold, 3 were hot. How can you do that?

Gave me more foam than coffee in my cappuccino, charged full price for a 1/2 cup of coffee. In addition I said I wanted a hot latte, the guy taking my order told the person making it I wanted it hot but everyone was so busy chit chatting he never listened and gave me an iced one anyway. Such a waste of money and time

I ordered a signature caramel latte on ice. The gentleman at the window said we no longer put caramel around the cup which I know it’s a lot because Salem Road one does it that is closer to our I 20 and I will never go to their drive-through or to the inside because through the fact they also handed me a cup, which had a net flying all over the lid. And also did not offer to wipe the cup off after he handed it to me. They are NASTY🤮

My Caramel ice drink don’t taste right my frozen moca had a bug on it
Visited this establishment on two occasions. The first time, no health score was posted. I personally spoke to the manager about it. I received an excuse for the holder, for it was broken. Noted, it could simply be taped on the wall to be seen. Returned two days later, once again, health score not posted. I spoke with him again about it. I believe everyone should be informed about the condition of the establishment you consume food from. I concur that food was on par for this type of establishment. Concerned about what I can't see or know about.
I'm providing an update to my above post concerning this establishment. As noted, on two occasions visiting this establishment the health inspection report was not posted. On my recent visit, a health inspection report was posted however dated for the year 2023. I thanked the manager for having it posted, but it was two years old.

I got a Dunkin’ refresher, black pepper snackin bacon and the hash brown cup. First of all I ordered from the app because I haven’t had a pleasant drive thru experience at this location in the past so I tried the pickup from inside. Still not a good experience. I walk in and try to get my order but no one spoke to me asked me if I needed assistance or anything whatsoever, just some up and down eye contact. I go to one side of the counter and try to get my order and nothing then I go to the other side of the counter and I wait. I can see my order behind the counter. Finally after waiting for a while someone comes up to me and asks and says do I need assistance and I say yes I have an online order for _______ my name and she gives me someone else’s food and I say it’s the other one with ______ my name on it and she hands it to me I say thanks so much and I get hit with just a stare and no you’re welcome or have a nice day. So I leave I begin to eat my food and the bacon is just bacon it’s not the pepper bacon…. It’s just half cooked bacon. Honestly if someone would have at least greeted me or said you’re welcome or whatever it’d be fine like I get it busy day and stuff but none of that happened and each time I have went either through the drive thru or inside it’s not been a pleasant experience.

I try to give places benefit of the doubt but 4 out of 5 times I’ve gone here they are selling old doughnuts that are hard as rocks at 8am. A Boston cream doughnut shouldn’t be so dried out that the cream nonexistent in the middle. Highly recommend Highway 278 Dunkin’ Donuts over this one.

Bad bad. Long wait, dry old donuts. Random stranger even spoke poorly 😦 at the local Publix while getting my picky eater a fruit cup. 2nd trip. Not going to try this place for a long time. 4 people now ...all sitting when I came in...and being the only person...I still had to wait with my toddler to get a dozen donuts 🍩 what's wrong with that Pic?? Everything. The price was not on the display it was just left blank...seems SUS 😳
