I placed an online order thinking I could save time but some donuts weren’t available and I was waiting in drive thru and no one helped me I really had to get down . Drinks were not good . Only thing I liked was the strawberry donuts ??. Crazy lol

Customer service is non existent here. Literally standing here for 8 minutes place is empty besides 2 people on their laptops. Ladies behind the counter gave the nastiest looks when I tried to get their attention. You can make all the upgrades you want, if the staff is awful it won't help. Miss the old manager and staff

1 sweet employee was left outside while her fellow employee was outside screaming at some1 in a car. I asked her where he help is.. she said she's outside can u tell her come in. I go outside and asked the employee that's screaming if she was on the clock if she could help the girl inside... she starts screaming at me...her name is Hailey...despicable

The young boy who works at night is horrible. Ordered ice cream, he took the order then proceeded to go to the drive thru window and hang half his body out the window and grabbed the outside ledge with his hands. Came back ask me again what I wanted and without putting gloves or washing his hands on grabbed a waffle cone by the top. I paid because when I said something to him about it he looked at me like I was speaking a foreign language.

I get the same drink every single time, and it is always absolutely delicious. A medium iced latte, light ice, three pumps caramel, three pumps butter pecan and sweet cream cold foam with extra sweet cream cold foam! ?
