I’m praying this location doesn’t fall off
It appears the more people working the more confusing they act ladies come on get it together I asked for steamed cream waited 20 mins for cold coffee second incident where it was pure confusion please owner don’t let this place fall off the manager if there was one today doesn’t care the manager was in the back doing paperwork I like this place at certain times of the day, but in the morning it is pure confusion. Please ladies do better just some feedback. Also, please use a clean mop to mop the floor. It stinks bad thanks

I'm not the type of person to leave reviews in places but in this case I felt the need to do so. We had the worse customer service ever! No greeting or nothing and right after paying she walked away saying nothing not even giving us our receipt! I don't understand if people do not want to work why do they even have a job?!? Just go home instead. (Jordan was the name on my receipt).

It’s always something off at this location. Today I was told they can’t warm up the donuts. Last time I was given a hot chocolate instead of coffee. This one is closer to my home but I go to the one one 278 more because of better quality service there.

Store opens at 6. App offers walk in. But they don't unlock the door. So you're forced to sit in the drive thru line for 30 minutes with 6 employees in the building. Came here every morning whether it be me or my wife. We won't be back. Just plain lazy to not unlock a door during hours of operation.

This place is just bad. Coffee is either burnt or just bad. Staff is hit or miss on service. Used to spend a lot of money here. 5 mins from my house but I now drive to Town Center location.

We made a preorder and paid for it 3 days in advance. When we came to pick it up, not only was it not ready, they also did not have all of the order! We will not support this location again.

Travelle was a pleasure. Amazing customer service. He said “you’re the customer, it’s my job to make sure you’re satisfied”,props to him! I Love the way the store was decorated for Halloween as well! Perfect start to my morning while passing through!

Morning crew is always so bubbly and polite. They move their drive thru and lobby like nobody's business. Rarely is there ever a wait. Night shift is always amazing too. They make you feel welcomed and ready to be served.
Couldn't ask for a better coffee shop.
