I was placing an order at the drive - thru and the girl on the other end cussed at me while I was placing my order. Obviously she was having a bad day and didn’t want to be there. I will never go back there. Employees laughing in the background extremely unprofessional

Rude and unfriendly staff! I walked in and stood for several minutes at the counter, and staff was acting as If I wasn’t standing at the counter for service. I just walked out and took my business somewhere else.👎

This Dunkin is the only Dunkin’ I will go to around here! The other two need to get it together especially the one on town center drive in Covington.
Every time I have came to this location they are on top of it and very sweet!
This one is a little bit out of my way to get to but I will take the extra mile to come to this one. Great staff and has what I need every time!

Terrible service, had me waiting over ten minutes for a medium coffee then they get an attitude with me when i ask about my order, and this isnt the first time, If they dont want their job there are other people out there that will do the job right

Went through the drive through and ordered and when we got to the window, two of the drinks were incorrect. When we kindly told the employee that the drinks were incorrect, she said “that’s not what you said at the window.” We said the drinks very clearly and they were incorrect. She never once apologized and looked at us very rudely the entire time. Management needs to look into who they’re hiring because being kind to customers who are being kind to you is the bare minimum.

I ordered an iced latte as I do every Saturday. Dasher brought me the donuts but NO coffee. She said the store never gave it to her. I have tried calling this store multiple times with no answer. Door dash will not refund me for this error. I am out money and no coffee. Ridiculous

I do a Mobil order daily. Everytime I've ordered from this location my iced latte with 3 Splenda, is so sweet I have to throw it away. They are using a pourable box of Splenda and obviously have no clue how to measure out what would equal 3 packs. I just order it with no sweetener now, But it's inconvenient, I have to bring packs, add them in the car. A $6-7 drink should be exactly what I order. They do not care at all. They do not want to remake it, they will, with attitude.

I love the fact that this location is on my way to work, and they open at 4:30 considering I have to be at work at 5am. Only thing I hate is they rarely open at 4:30.

I ordered a peach energy drink and I got a sparkling water with no peach flavor in it. I also ordered a Boston cream donut that had the paper stuck so much on the chocolate that it took all the chocolate off the donut. I also ordered hot chocolate and it just tasted like water with a little chocolate flavor, it definitely did not have our added flavors of brown sugar and vanilla. We ordered donut holes also. This location also does not answer their phone because I tried calling them to speak to the manager before I went this route. This is not at all the first time this location has done this to us, but it will be the last I recommend if you want Dunkin to go to the one on 278 or the one at town center.

Workers are in there cussing like crazy. Attitudes. Talking about sex.
Not to mention we asked for no bacon whatsoever in croissant because my husband is allergic. GAVE US A CROISSANT ANYWAY WITH BACON. Ridiculous.
