I am currently on the phone trying to get corporate on the line. The young ladies in there are so unprofessional . This is the third time that I have come into this establishment and they are talking about smoking weed, calling each other gay , or cursing. This is unacceptable . The two males that work in here are extremely nice and just do their jobs. These young ladies are cursing and carrying on conversations as if this is their home. Unacceptable ! I will be reporting this location to corporate as soon as they answer the phone .

I have on video how the general manager decided to yell at me and my 12 year old daughter in a store! This is the most ridiculous Dunkin around. Always rude, not doing orders right and oh God if you’re white…. You aren’t getting any service!!!
We sat at the counter and waited while they served everyone else and not us. All on video!!!

Only giving 3 because my coffee is hot but whew paid for extra whip cream and additional swirl to get neither one. Brought the attention to the staff who only said I put it on there 😬 yea whip cream melts but not that fast ! Plus there no flavor ! Definitely will not be back to this particular location !
The potatoees hash I ordered was hot put mushy and taste very off ! The energy was off and definitely wasn’t how I wanted to start my Saturday morning !

I went inside waited for 5 minutes before anyone asked if I need anything she said ok give us a minute later a guy came and took my drink order when waiting 3 females was over by drive thru cussing about a customers order. The guy said we have a inside customer she said she did not give a Dame and kept talking crap about customers. I will not be back to this location

Honestly, when I order my frozen coffee in store... They seem to make it perfectly. But when I order on Uber eats, there's a 40/60 chance that they'll make it correctly. My coffee is wrong 60% of the time. They either give me a frozen coffee that's pure coffee and no cream, or they'll give me all cream and no coffee. And 100% of the time I don't get a straw. This has been going on for months. I've even gotten so upset that I've driven to the location to have them remake it. I don't know if it's done on purpose, but I never have this issue when I order in store.

I asked for a plain bagel egg bacon and cheese sandwich but received an everything bagel. I also ordered 2 hash browns and only received one. The one I did receive was burnt. Unacceptable. Reading is fundamental.
Waited at speaker for over 2 minutes never heard a hello , can you wait a minute nothing. So I drove to window girl was extremely rude telling me next time I would have to go back around . We’ll do your job then

This Dunkin is the only Dunkin’ I will go to around here! The other two need to get it together especially the one on town center drive in Covington. Every time I have came to this location they are on top of it and very sweet! This one is a little bit out of my way to get to but I will take the extra mile to come to this one. Great staff and has what I need every time!
