Teyonna is a horrible manager with a nasty attitude. Line was out into the road so I decided to go in for my mobile order. I regularly order at other locations and this has never been a problem in the past. Upon entering the store I said good morning. Went to the register to let them know waited 5 minutes no acknowledgement, guy finally comes up, I tell him I have a mobile order for the drive-thru teyonna snaps at me saying it wasnt ready and mobile orders would be at the pickup counter. Cool go and wait. Multiple orders get made. Wait 15 minutes ask again because I see what i assumed was my order(it was), sitting for drive thru.. I'm told ill have to wait, they are busy, waiting on employees to get there and they'd get to me. Another employee gets there asks about the guy in the drive thru teyonna said i dont know what he wants but he can just keep sitting there, he had been there the whole time i was. Finally get my order given to me and they tried to add someone elses order to mine, which caused them to get mad when i told them i only had the coffees. All in all it took 35 minutes from the point I placed my order to receiving it and it was 2 hot coffees. Teyonnas bad attitude has made the employees attitudes rude and the atmosphere of the store hostile. I will not go back to this location as long as she is manager.

I order delivery when I am in town and each order was incorrect. How do you get a hot chocolate instead of a large iced coffee? How can you get a chocolate frosted donut instead of a vanilla cream filled. How can you forget to toast the bagel when toasted was requested. How do you get a medium plain iced coffee when you ordered Carmel x 4. EVERYTHING was incorrect.

Nicest staff you’ll ever have at a Dunkin donut. Thank you for making my day better. Coffee (hazelnut) was perfect and fresh. Donuts perfect (old fashioned). This is the cleanest location I’ve ever been in. The young lady who served me was high energy and brings her A+ game every day.
Thank you for going the extra mile and checking on me and asking me if everything was ok. That has never happened in my 40+ years of going to DD.

Extremely rude. My order was wrong. I was charged for the drink I returned to them and a second time for the one I ordered originally. To top it off, my sandwich was cold in the middle 😂 if you’re going to be rude, at least do something right.
They love packing the cup with ice and handing it to you as they have coffee bussing out the lid spilling all over their greasy, unwashed hands. The lady at the window had an attitude and it took everything in me not the pull to the right into one of the parking spots and reverse at full speed into the wall so I could give her something not to be happy about. The entire store has to go at that point.. my coffee was good though. If only it didn’t take 2 teeny weeny sips to finish my stuff.. Maybe they wanted me to start licking around the lid since half my coffee was just sitting ontop of it.

I will no longer be coming to this location. I came this morning and the customer service was horrible. I used the drive thru. I was not greeted even though I said good morning. I asked how was the braided apple pie. The young lady with the blue hair. Said they are purchased a lot. I added it to my order. She did not give me a total. She just said pull around. I then get to the window and I tell her I have a reward. She just reaches out for my phone. Then, she hands me my drink and says to pull around for my braided apple pie. I tell her that I need to get to work. Can I replace the item? She just stares at me and completely ignores me. I pull around and she walks out later. I say thank you and she makes a sound. I did not feel comfortable eating the apple pie. She clearly did not want to be at work.

Dunkin' Drive Thru Experience- I went for a quick easy breakfast option and when my order was handed to me, it fell on the ground. There was an awkward silence and the attendant looked at who I assume was the manager. She asked if I could reach the bag of food on the ground. Really!? No. I am not getting out my vehicle to pick up food on the ground. No apology, just told to pull to the front parking area to bring out my order. Immediately someone came out and delivered my order. I was told it was a new bag 👀. So, this is the food that was on the ground? Then I was told they made a new sandwich. I am not comfortable with the response. I will not be eating this food & I will not be back to this location. Do better Dunkin' !
