Dunkin' Drive Thru Experience- I went for a quick easy breakfast option and when my order was handed to me, it fell on the ground. There was an awkward silence and the attendant looked at who I assume was the manager. She asked if I could reach the bag of food on the ground. Really!? No. I am not getting out my vehicle to pick up food on the ground. No apology, just told to pull to the front parking area to bring out my order. Immediately someone came out and delivered my order. I was told it was a new bag 👀. So, this is the food that was on the ground? Then I was told they made a new sandwich. I am not comfortable with the response. I will not be eating this food & I will not be back to this location. Do better Dunkin' !

I purchased a sweet tea last night. Was disgusting. I tried to return it. They only took the top of my old cup and gave it back as if it was a remake. Very unprofessional place of business.

Vanilla bean colatta was made with too much ice. I couldn't even drink it for the big pcs of ice. I brought it to the clerks attention that it was too much ice she asked if I wanted more syrup, I said yes not knowing she didn't remake it but added it to the same drink. Just watered down milk by now

I don’t know the little girls name that’s been working the headset and the window for the past two days June 2 and June 3, but she has the nastiest attitude and has no business working in customer service. This is the closest location that I’m able to get a coffee from on my way to work and her atrocious attitude makes people not want to even come there. She should really be fired and replaced with somebody who can interact with the public and make Customers want to come back every morning. The manager should really do something.
Absolutely worst service ever. I've been 3 or 4 times. I wait for ever! There was a worker, a Mgr and a trainee working Friday. It took about 20 min for 3 doughnuts, and a matcha. I was the only person there. The Mgr was not hands on and expected the wroker to watch the trainee while she was working the drive through too. NONE of them looked happy to be there. None of them greeted me or thanked me. I felt bad for the new girl. I won't be back. And that's the only coffee place between my new house and my job. I only gave 2 🌟 s bc the doughnut was good, it was pre made. Why was I there 20 min!??!

This place is now off my list for good. I’m not sure what the employees are getting paid for exactly. They can never get an order right. EVERY SINGLE time I get from here, they mess something up. I have worked for Dunkin before, ITS NOT THAT HARD. 3 items wrong today on my DoorDash order. Even worse gave me a bagel with seeds when I requested PLAIN!! I can’t have seeds due to health issues. So thank you for keeping me hungry and for wasting my time and money.
