Disgusting. This is my second visit to this location. The first time my bagel bites were cold. This time both of my egg and cheese croissants were burnt like to the point of being inedible. I normally would go back and request to have them replaced but after waiting 15mins on the way to a funeral i didn’t have the time. The fact that i waited for food i couldn’t even eat is infuriating. I tried to call the store and guess what the number is not in service. I’m sure that’s to avoid customer complaint calls.

This Manger at this location is the worst I've seen in a while. I normally don't leave reviews but if your in this community its only right you know what type of establishment your stepping into. her way of dealing with any customer issues is extremely terrible customer service.. I go to this location only because it's convenient for me as I travel the expressway to my own business that I own and operate so, I understand exactly what customer service is about. Not only has this manager handle my concerns inappropriately, but I've watched her on serval occasions deal with orther customers in this same manner, she also sets this tone for her employees as well witch is just disturbing and unprofessional. The last two time my order has been incorrect but to avoid the contact with this lady I've just excepted it, and thrown it out in the trash. But today is the day I've made my mind up that no matter how convenient this location is, I'll never step foot back in here. This location needs another manger. And a cook! Burnt food, or under cooked. Just a terrible place to visit if your starting your day. I hope this message finds the people of power and hopefully they can change this, the ratings are just terrible and i'm sure it's because of the morning leadership. She's talks about customers like there scums of the earth, and do it with her employees like there her best friends, she acts like this is a classroom with friends, and not a business with employees who need to learn customer service. ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD QUALITY ALONG WITH A MANGER WHO HAD NO RESPECT FOR PAYING CUSTOMERS.

Good donuts but perfect Krispy Kreme. Inside the store is not too inviting. However, they do sale ice cream cakes.
I just order coffee and go, it's always pretty good. But today I ordered a breakfast sandwich... not happy at all. It's the size of a tiny street taco, 1/2 PC of sausage, 1/2 piece of egg... it's less than a kiddie meal. I'm hungry!!! For the price, it's so not worth it. Go across the street to McDonald's and get a MEAL for less.

this is by fair the worse dunkin in the covington area the manager the older black female needs to be demoted she has no type of problem resolution skills or customer service skills what so ever !!! this is going on my 3rd horrible interaction with them at this location & i try to make it an effort to not even go to this location but i find it sometimes being more convenient when i have to be to work a 6am. i make it such an effort to not deal with anyone at this location that i order on the app & do walk in to get it this time i place my order at about 5:20AM !! it said my order would be ready by 5:27AM !! i arrive to the location at 5:32AM & the doors are locked when i go around to drive thru the manager proceeds to tell me they are running an hour behind & that i will have to call the app to get a refund !!! to tell me that is beyond aggression, i get it running behind 10 - 15min but a whole hour is ridiculous!!!! i ordered an iced coffee & a donut you telling me you couldn’t have just made that. this location needs to be shut down or new management because the long list of negative reviews speaks for it self i will be contacting the district manager & corporate about these on going issues
