Fantastic food and service. Food is hot and fresh, flavorful and they have great queso, that's not just melted velveeta. Warm chips and salsa with fresh cilantro. Tender meat (I had steak) and nice portions. Definitely will be back!

My wife and I have been eating here for 35 years and it's still our favorite mexican restaurant. Prices are comfortable.

Food is absolutely terrible and the portions are so small. Especially the burritos. Looks like you served a grown person a kid size meal. The margaritas are absolutely disgusting. Service is slow.

This place is usually steadily busy and the service is good. We have been multiple times. The latest time we went, we patiently sat for an hour waiting on food. The waitress did came to give one of us a refill within the first 30 mins and then never checked on us after that. Hubby waived for her and she asked if we wanted our check. We had no food! She went to find that our ticket was lost and had them make it. Hubby's order was wrong and so was mine. I tolerated mine as it was something I had wanted to try on the dish anyway. She went to have them remake his order and we had expressed our displeasure with the service. I understand that waiting is a busy blob however, please check on your customers within an hour. The manager approved a discounted rate that I was not completely pleased with but I let my cool-headed hubs take the reins on what he was willing to pay.

Always a great experience! In Covington, GA. Make sure you go to the restaurant beside Ross in the hole. There are 2 locations. I have been going here for 40 years.

I ordered chicken fajita nachos and they charged me for steak and gave me steak. (One they put too many item in bag and it fell. Everything slide to the side of the containers and she only replaced the salsa and a new bag) I called to let them know what happened with my nachos. I was told to bring my receipt and come in. When I arrived the manager asked me where the food was (otp not with her, I was told to only bring the receipt) the cashier atp is telling the manager in Spanish that I asked for Steak and not chicken.. she begin having an attitude with me for her ringing it up wrong and now the manager is telling me next time bring in my food and that the cashier said I order steak and not chicken (I understand Spanish but they didn't know that) wtbs I will never eat here again... The chips were cold, the meat had no flavor as well as the cheese sauce. The flautas were dry and tasteless. I rated a 1 for my experience because a zero wasn't an option.
