Been to several in this popular chain. The store was filled with smoke, and we waited a long time for our food after it was ordered. Like... unusually long. Food was excellent though. Good thing, or we wouldnt be back. Maybe they were just slammed. It was hard to say. They all seemed really unmotivated.

Employees with dred locks hanging everywhere over food prep.they wear hats or visors but let their hair hang all over instead of concealed.very nasty feeling.

Isaac a was super kind professional helpful and very fast. You're the best attitude and very personable and professional behavior. I was so happy to make Firehouse another positive addition to my already great day today! So glad to have been served by MISTER ISSAC A. HES THE REASON FOR THE FIVE STAR REVIEW. Ordered on the app. The app was very easy to order and the food was ready for pick up when they said it would be. Staff was very helpful.

This place needs to be checked out! My son ordered a medium sandwich and got a small one... he went to let the girl know and her reply was we can't help the size of the buns. Really?!? She was awfully rude! I believe her name is Sara, not sure but we've had problems with her before being rude like she owns the place! There was flies flying all over the food... needless to say I didn't eat mine. If it's going to be this expensive, it should be a better atmosphere with nice employees! Also, the women's bathroom was out of order so you have to go into the men's bathroom which was very nasty! If the owner doesn't check on his employees he's going to end up in a mess. I will be calling someone tomorrow to report this.

Sandwich was amazing wish they had the ghost pepper pickles still . we dined in and enjoyed our meal

Subs are delicious! Just stay away from the soda fountain. It needs to be cleaned. Black foreign particles kept coming out of the ice machine.

I would like to see this location offer more beverages online than soda or Dasani water! Lemonade and tea should be an option for those who don’t drink soda or garbage water. I even tried to make a request to swap the drink, and was told no. It’s not that hard.

I love that you can walk in, grab your order and 98% of the time it is correct. Even get an occasional extra pickle. :)
