I would like to see this location offer more beverages online than soda or Dasani water! Lemonade and tea should be an option for those who don’t drink soda or garbage water. I even tried to make a request to swap the drink, and was told no. It’s not that hard.

Came to this establishment 2/20/2025, placed an online order, which I was able to arrive a bit earlier to pick up the order in case if it was before that 2:00pm pick up time. I did however notice that, while there there were several online orders as well as dine-in orders being assessed. Which there called my name, once my order was called it was an interaction of: “This isn’t a Uber eats, or DoorDash order.” From a older Caucasian woman. Then proceeds to state: “Let me see your confirmation number” which I provided my online receipt, and proceeded to state in here to pick up my online order that I paid for. Long story short I was racially profiled to be placed in a stereotypical group where I “looked as if I was stealing my order” unfortunately. It’s a shame I even have to write this comment but ma’am you know who you are. If you’re always this way you should be demoted, and let go.

Me and my wife had been craving a hook and ladder, so we went tonight and got them to go.
We got home and started eating.
About half way through my meal, I noticed a long hair pulling from a big bite that I had just taken.
It was a long white lady hair.
Not something that I like to experience when eating my sandwich.
Maybe they need to start wearing hair nets when preparing sandwichs.

Normally I love firehouse subs but tonight I had the French dip sandwich. Definitely NOT worth the money was bland and left me feeling like i barely had anything to eat. This sandwich just isn't what I expected from my favorite sandwich place. The experience i had with this sandwich is why I'm giving a less than a five star review.

I used a delivery service to try this location-Firehouse for the first time, and I was extremely disappointed with my order. The Firehouse Steak & Cheese® sandwich was poorly made with no cheese and what I describe as unknown gray cut in squares mystery meat. I never seen steak that look like that. The sandwich was horrible and they are skimping on the pickle size by cutting one whole pickle into 4 slivers and serving the sliver to the customer and cheating them out of a premium experience. Pathetic and insulting. I want my $14 back.

The old white lady at the end calling names for orders was rude as hell. When I asked if she had my mobile order ready she huffed grabbed the sub and tossed it on the counter and then proceeded to stare at me and my boyfriend making us feel very uncomfortable. Food was great tho and the girl at the ordering screen/ cashier was very nice. We also noticed that was being very rude to all the black workers behind the counter.
