I use to love this place! I haven’t been in over a year because it was always closed during posted open hours, the menu kept changing, the recipes changed so I stopped patronizing. I’m a die hard support minority businesses so I decided to give them a try again. The entry greeting was lack luster (the female appeared as if she’d prefer to be elsewhere. I greeted her and asked how she was doing; her temperament remained stoic). The decor hasn’t changed (it’s still a place you’d rather order take-out appose to dining in). I ordered grilled salmon and grits. The price was reasonable, my food was prepared swiftly and the exit farewell was much more friendly by a different lady with beautiful brown eyes. She was pleasant and courteous. I drove to my next destination and opened the container to a drippy grits mess. The grits were piping hot and delicious. The salmon was fresh and not fishy tasting and well seasoned. The grits were a little loose (watery) but had a good taste, however there were lumps in my grits meaning that they were not attended to as the began to boil. All true Southerners know you have to stir grits to prevent grit-clumps. For this I can’t give 5 ⭐️’s. I hope this was just a fluke and not common. I did finish my meal (all but the skin & those clumps.) I don’t know when but I’ll probably re-visit one day.

I ordered the Grits bowl. It was delicious and seasoned to perfection. My daughter had chicken and waffles and had to pace the room because “the waffles were soft like sponges and the chicken was perfect”

We ordered for the first time today and when I say they did not disappoint. Food was great😃 I got the shrimp and grits all I can say is YUMMM my husband got the bacon, eggs and grits. He loved it. Will be a recurring customer. Can't wait to try everything ❗ ❗❗😜🤤😋❤️

I really wish I would have read the reviews prior to going to this business. I see nothing has changed with customer service. The owner needs to take the constructive criticism and make some changes. Food was less than mediocre and so were the portions and customer service.

K's Fish n Grits is the bomb! I am absolutely addicted to the fried broccoli and fried salmon! There is always a new menu item on the horizon! Now they are offering RIBS! Follow them on Instagram and Facebook!

My wife needed a large order for a brunch event and they really came through. Staff was nice and the food taste great. Today I just happened to see something new to me on the menu, red velvet waffles. I recommend trying, and they also had different waffle flavors that I want to try next.
Today was my 1st and last day visiting. Spent almost $30 on over seasoned food. It was soooooo salty. I had flounder and cheese grits with eggs and a red velvet waffle. The waffle was the most decent thing I tried but I cant even finish my food it's so salty. Prices are too high for the quality of the food!! And as far as good customer service, don't expect that. I'm so disappointed because I was hungry.

Today was my husband and I first time eating here. The environment was clean and friendly, and the young lady taking our order, "saw my vision," when I was describing what all I wanted on my grits. And let me just say, the meal was absolutely delicious!
I highly recommend adding the creole sausage sauce and shrimp to your grits...it's amazing!
I forgot to take before pictures, but the aftermath shows that we were pleased!
We will definitely be back!

Upon entering the restaurant we were greeted by a less than enthusiastic order taker. 2 meals came to $40.68. Perch, fried okra and hush puppies then Fried Salmon with grits and eggs. Everything was over seasoned. The seasonings used need to be discussed prior to ordering. The finishing seasoning was way too heavy. Grits do not need anything more than salt, pepper and/or butter. They were lumpy. My hush puppies were not cooked in the center. I didn’t order rice but it was under my fish. The rice was old. Wasn’t a long wait and that’s the only positive thing I have to say.

Visited this place today, around noon. Upon pulling up someone is cleaning the glass of the front. Go in to order. The customer service at the desk, was just there. Asked her about the menu she just kinda waved her hand in its direction. There’s two there so i’m asking which do I order from. She moves one… im asking about the juice on the end of the row that’s not labeled (hence all the others are) she says “it’s a mix” mix of what ma’am? Again she just waves, I’m guessing to indicate all of them. ATP I really don’t want to ask her anything else. After placing the order I leave out. When I arrive back. The girl sitting there napping. I had to speak to get her attention. I spent $41 for two plates and two juices. You would think the customer service would be better and more alert.
