Customer service is much to be desired...I was in the process of placing an order but needed to use the restroom badly...I was told I had to place my order first before I could use their restroom...I let the cashier know I was going to order but had an urgent need to use the restroom first she said just a minute and went to the back to ask if I could use the restroom before I ordered. When she returned her reply was No I could not use it and there was no public restroom.I took my business 2 doors down to T's Caribean Restaurant where the food and the hospitality was Great and I was not forced to order my food before I could use their restroom...Fish And Grits you lost a customer!

The Salmon was salty, super salty smh. The grits were salty & buttery, & the customer service was salty. The salmon tasted a little old & it was small. It seems like a hood environment, which is not a problem. But let your service be that way. Nevertheless I will not be back ??♀️

DELICIOUS!!!! We came near closing so we assumed that that may be why we didn't get the most friendly reception, but it was our 1st time so we weren't aware that they closed at 3. It was a short wait time after ordering and the food was just what I needed in my life that day. I had a craving for some good fried fish and we randomly picked this place and glad about it! The fried salmon, fried whiting, and fried flounder was AWESOME! It was seasoned to perfection and all of the sides (fried broccoli, regular broccoli, Cole slaw, rice, corn on cob)were delicious too . I had not ever had fried broccoli, it was oh so good. My honey and I woke up the next day talking about how great K's food tasted. We will be back again for sure to try some other dishes on the menu.
I would give this establishment a negative zero star if I could. Hands down the most unprofessional restaurant I have ever been to in my life! Customer service was the absolute worst. The lady with a bonnet on her head at the counter was detached, barely opened her mouth to communicate —not welcoming or accommodating to our needs. She act as if she hated her job. WE WALKED OUT. I was so disappointed as I was eager to eat there, but not any more!! We wind up going to another restaurant and was treated with care, hospitality and excellent food!

The establishment is not welcoming! DO NOT expect good customer service from anyone. 1st visit. Lemonade price outrageous 5$ for like 8 ounces. No PUBLIC restroom and they’ll watch you walk on past to realize it’s locked and walk back. They add their own tips when u pay with card or tap. Now the food was delicious ?and it took about an hour I just wish the prices matched the portions. Menu and variations limited. See photos of my experience ?? as good as the food was I would NOT recommend anyone to support this business because the anger and negative energy can consume you and food might become the least of your concerns.

I usually don’t post negative reviews, but for the $30 I spent on 2 breakfast platters this was absolutely horrible!! Our grits had so many lumps in them and the fish was over seasoned and over fried! The portion sizes were small and didn’t even come with a piece of bread or toast!! This was the worst breakfast ever couldn’t even eat it! For those prices y’all need to step your game up and do better!!

I would leave zero Stars if that were an option! The young lady at the register had a horrible attitude and made sure to let us know she was the manager's daughter. Their menu is extremely limited. They are also very inflexible they have eggs and biscuits but will not sell them together or separately.

She treated the customer ahead of me in a rude manner, and he was nothing but nice to her eventhough they were out of almost any menu item he requested.Next, he was going to get charged for an upgraded waffle that he didnt actually want and was only taking because they were out of the regular waffle. The young lady kept saying "I'm the owners daughter... do you know how many people say they arent coming back and then come back because the food is good" She also made the statement that "grits" qualifies as breakfast all day as advertised. Newsflash... the food is straight but it's not something anyone from the south couldn't cook in their kitchen... it's no Nana's or Two Eggs. I was up for patronizing this establishment, but the rudeness of the young lady completely turned me off. My friend didn't order but said she probably never would now. The couple that was waiting was also visibly taken a back. Let me remind you all again the customer was super nice and understanding. He only asked questions about why he was unable to get true breakfast as advertised and why he was being charged for an upgraded waffle that he was only getting because they were out of regular (this was about the 3rd time they'd come from the back to say we're out of his requested menu item). There were some other rude comments made from the cashier, but I digress. It just really left a bad taste in my mouth... pun intended.
