Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers

Much better experience yesterday than the last time I was here! When we arrived, the place was spotless. We were greeted immediately. The employees behind the counter made eye contact and were so friendly. I even noticed while we were sitting down to eat that the cashier behind the counter was taking an elderly woman’s order and she was taking the extra time to explain things and try to help her modify her order to her liking. The food was perfect. I literally could not ask for anything to change to be better. It was hot. It was fresh. It was tasty. Our whole experience yesterday was five stars.

Service was really slow even though there weren't many customers at that moment.
The food was the worst for sure. Me and my husband both got the jalapeño and pepper jack burgers. I took two bites and couldn't eat it. It was so gross. With the second bite, I got a mouthful of grease. My husband didn't even want to eat his at that point since his looked exactly like mine. Definitely won't be going back.

Super friendly staff! Ashley and Mckayla were both very helpful. The food was delicious, as always! The restaurant was clean and the condiments at the drink station was completely stocked. Very impressed 👏🏻

I'd asked if there was anywhere nearby for a good burger and was told to go to Freddy's. Very disappointing. Overcooked, not very tasty...I'd have done better going to Wendy's.

I'm not usually one to complain, but I feel I need to address my experience with your restaurant. This was my second time eating here, and while the first visit was great, my recent visit was disappointing. The burger was fine, and I enjoyed the onion rings until I got to the last one. When I bit into it, something was off. I opened it up and discovered it was undercooked. Given my sensitive stomach, this was quite unsettling.

When I called to express my concerns, I made it clear that I was not looking for a replacement, as I had already eaten everything except my ice cream. However, the manager I spoke with—whose name I didn’t catch—responded in a dismissive manner, saying something like, “I’m sorry to hear that, thanks for the review.” This response is unacceptable for a restaurant that I thought might provide a better experience. I had hoped to find a new favorite place, but now I'm left feeling very disappointed.
