I paid $9 for some food I couldn’t even eat the chicken was soggy and parts of it was so hard like the meat wasnt cooked fully and the tater tots were disgusting and oily idk if the grease is old or what but I was not expecting to be that disappointed I see why I don’t eat here.

I placed an order and after my food was made the cashier just let it sit there, my order was placed inside but the cashier went and started expediting for drive thru, the manager a young biracial/Hispanic looking woman didn't even bother to help, people started walking out and I had to repeatedly ask for my food. I'm taking a break from this location as they have improvements that need to be made

Just got back home from Indians, and could not wait to go to Hardee’s for breakfast. Bad idea, I ended up leaving with no food. I used the drive thru and when I pulled up the AI started talking. I did not use the app so I waited for a person. After a few minutes I said, hello. No response. I waited some more. I asked hello again and no response so I pulled up. The lady there was so rude. She said she told me to hold on, I told here no one said anything to me. She said, well I can’t take your order at the window! I asked if I had to come in, she threw her hands up and walked off. I asked for the manager, and she was nice and even offered me a free sandwich for the rudeness of her employee. I politely refused. I won’t come back.

My breakfast was sub par which is odd for suburban Hardee's. Do they even know how big an egg's supposed to be to cover the biscuit.
Staff want thrilling either. Low energy.

Terrible!!
Food was cold, cell phone at register was playing loud rap music and the floor was so sticky that it almost pulled my slip on shoes off. Always sticky!! Not very professional! Never seen a place so unkept and poorly managed. It was the breakfast time on July 26th. Covington Ga.

The person working the drive thru is always unwelcoming. I don't know if they need a raise or hug but they all need to be retrained on Customer Service because it's sucks at this location 😕

Ok so me and my husband eat breakfast here almost every Saturday ! Very clean tables also bathroom !! You have two employees that stood out to us they work mainly the front !! The other staff is very nice as well !! our interaction with Josh Bledsoe & Angela Danford was professional very u beat and show concern for the customers!! Even on a bad day they don’t show it .. you can tell they strive to make the customers happy .. and for us we love OUR Hardees in Covington Ga

Not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but here goes. Walked into Hardee's on 278 and a few seconds after we were greeted, the front cashier coughed out into the air directly in front of my wife. Not okay. Next up, we ordered our food and it took a while to get and while the food was fresh, it was all crammed messily into one bag, and thus when we unpacked the mess, most of our food was smashed up and no longer looked presentable.

Food service has become the "I don't care" industry and it's sad to see brands allow their food service to suffer.

The server on duty displayed some dislike of me upon me entering the restaurant. He took his time asking me what i wanted to order. He took his time moving around after that. He loudly scraped old cold fries to give to me. I requested fresh fries and he gave them to me after his manager instructed him to do so. And not once acknowledging me as he passed me my food! Horrible horrible employee
