Not a fan of leaving bad reviews, but here goes. Walked into Hardee's on 278 and a few seconds after we were greeted, the front cashier coughed out into the air directly in front of my wife. Not okay. Next up, we ordered our food and it took a while to get and while the food was fresh, it was all crammed messily into one bag, and thus when we unpacked the mess, most of our food was smashed up and no longer looked presentable.
Food service has become the "I don't care" industry and it's sad to see brands allow their food service to suffer.

The server on duty displayed some dislike of me upon me entering the restaurant. He took his time asking me what i wanted to order. He took his time moving around after that. He loudly scraped old cold fries to give to me. I requested fresh fries and he gave them to me after his manager instructed him to do so. And not once acknowledging me as he passed me my food! Horrible horrible employee

Came in at 6:40 with an online order and everything was already shut down - kids were playing in the dinning area and nobody was watching them. A worker who came from outside and I asked if they were closed and he said no and went straight to the back, so I waited for a few more minutes - finally a couple more people came from the back to get started on our order - and one left with the kids - maybe it was shift change ok respect ... finally got my order and quick glance it looked fine since they shoved everything in one bag and felt rushed out the door and an inconvenience to their closing procedure - LESSON : I should have opened each individually wrapped burger bc it wasn't correct - even though we were the only order waiting - just wanted a refund for the one burgers but was denied. They'll be closed down soon again in no time.
Worst Hardee's in the State of Georgia!!! Don't spend you time, which you will waste your time! I hate leaving reviews like this!

First off, me & the hubby were the ONLY ones in the place at 6pm on a Friday nite & we stood there for about 5 min...then the manager hollered from the back "I'll be with you in a minute "!! Finally he strolled up and said " can I help you ?" like we were an imposition, like he and his worker were busy doing something. Again we were the only ones there. They were out of onions, out of rootbeer, out of ice & out of lemonade. Me and the hubby have worked retail our whole lives and we know good customer service and this wasnt it. Not another customer came in the whole 30 min we were there and we never saw the two employees again. The strangest experience we've ever had at ANY fast food restaurant, & we used to LOVE Hardee's. One thing for sure, we'll remember this Hardee's and what exit it was on because of the terrible experience
