Huey Magoo's Chicken Tenders - Covington

Dumbest thing I've seen at a fast food restaurant do to this day. Pull up in a, what looks like a 2 laned drive-thru, that apparently isn't a drive-thru,even though you drive through it to get your food, to order some food. I pull up to where a menu normally would be, and there's a giant QR code that says, Download the app to place an order. What? You require people to download your app, just to order your food? So a new person has to download your app to order your food while sitting in the non-drive-thru drive-thru. Please make it make since. Are you that lazy, or have that incompetent, or trustworthy employees that they can not take an order, handle payment and give food? Please make it make since. So I went down the road to your competitor, and order my food, like any other drive-thru, and left with my food without downloading your tracking device. I would suggest you change that. Or not.

Kelly, the manager, was absolutely amazing tonight. We ordered an Uber eats order for pickup and needed it fixed. Since it was made through the UE app she politely explained that we would have to contact them for a remake. She checked on us periodically while we went through that process even though the store was a bit busy. Overall, she made us feel like valued guest and we will certainly be back just because of her outstanding service! Thank you, Kelly!

Tbh I’ve never heard of this place but I’ll never be stupid enough to spend my hard working earned money in this establishment. First off. It’s nothing but bad mouth young females with attitudes running this place which is probably why nothing is done correctly as I’ve seen in the reviews. Females with masculinity ways, Manger has tattoos all on her face, and nothing but kids standing around laughing and cursing like it’s middle school. I take this place as a joke. I could never order my food because they were worried about the wrong thing instead of serving me as they should have. I wouldn’t be surprised if someone took matters into their own hands because it’s disgusting, unprofessional, so called woman that’s running the front with nasty attitudes. I’ll never ever go back to this place. EVER!!!

I had an incredible dining experience at Magoo’s. The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming. A standout moment of my visit was interacting with Ayanna, the cashier. She was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure my ordering process was smooth and enjoyable. Her recommendations were spot-on, and her positive energy added to the overall experience. It felt like she genuinely cared about my satisfaction, which is a rarity these days.
Overall, I highly recommend Magoo’s for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning, thanks in large part to Ayanna’s warm hospitality!
