Ichiban Ramen and Sushi Bar

Seems to be a very good place to eat in or take out! I had the ichiban ramen and it was delicious, a little pricey but delicious.!

We have gone here several times since moving to Covington a few months ago, and the experience has always been great. The service is fast, the food is delicious and the prices are great. Last weekend we went twice and brought some friends with us and they enjoyed it as well.

Picked up a to go order for me and my son. We were in town for a boy scout event. We needed to get dinner before we arrived.

Prompt service.
Clean restaurant.

Food was well packaged and had everything we needed when we arrived at our final designation.

We ordered a specialty sushi roll, an order of sashimi, and a rice tofu bowl with salmon and a miso soup. Everything appeared to be and tasted fresh. Folks we were camping with said they would order from this place the next time they came through. So much better than the fast food selections they arrived with.

It hit the spot.

Always great food and great service. Owners and workers are always friendly and inviting!

Food is salty. I had a complaint open the subpar customer service but now with my food, it’ll probably be my last time eating here. I got a bowl and the veggies are burnt and swimming in oil. The salad is just lettuce, literally, nothing else. The smoked salmon on the sushi was like a paste and just overall not fresh. I ordered the Tokyo roll. Overall, It’s not worth it.

I was really unsure about this place. As a one off visit think it's fine.

Vegetarian options: Tofu rice bowl. Menu says come with soup and I think also salad but didn't see either of those. Rice bowl big enough though.
