I have been in the store several occasions ordering to go, l Must say the management team, it's not a good fit to called managers for a corporation like this. I say that because there times I have been in the store waiting for my door dash my orders, have smell a distinguished smell like marijuana, but I only saw smoke, he be on his cell phone and I'm talking about the night manage Antonio black young man, he is very rude & disrespectful 😒 he has A Very nasty attitude, he treat his team with less than respect, l don't understand why Jersey Mike has someone representing them in this type of way, There has been a couple times I was in the parking lot waiting for my son to come out of the gamestop next door and I would see him just sitting in his white suv doing nothing, but that same smell that I would smell in the store. Sometimes I smell it outside as well. that's not a way to represent management or the company.. If I ever go back into there it only will be in the daytime when I get better service because he make you never want to eat there again...............

It’s Jersey Mike’s so yes, the food is good. But omg, the service is terrible. It doesn’t matter what time you go or if you order in store vs online, they are sooooooo slow!!! It always seem like a crew full of new people every time I go in there. They move as if they have no care in the world. As I’m writing this review, my online order was supposed to be ready by 1:04pm. It’s 1:18pm and my order wasn’t started until I walked in.

When the wrap is cut in a way that it falls apart & at best can be held like a hotdog, pretty sure that is not the way ‘Mike’ intended it.

It's funny that the manager replies to every negative review for almost 3 years but the quality and service have never changed. They always put way too much wine vinegar that soaks the buns. Red wine vinegar is supposed to be just a sprinkle not a cup, been that way for decades. They always forget things, and ignore requests. I agree with the people who have posted that the only way to get a good sandwich there is to stand over the counter and correct them as they make it. Sounds like we're doing the managing for them! If restaurants are going to continue to raise prices monthly they BETTER raise the quality along with it.

Service and atmosphere was top notch, I have no complaints about the employees engagement and friendliness...they nailed it! However, the food was just okay. For the cost of the subs, I expected more quantity and quality. I still recommend this location in a pinch, but don't expect too much.

Online pick-up order was placed and confirmation was given for 12:13. The food was picked up at 12:51. The order was obviously overlooked and this is not the first occurrence. If you have a limited lunch time due to work, don’t even bother going here.
This place has been in a steady decline. Jersey Mike's has the best sandwiches hands down but they continue to not make my sandwich properly when I order in the app. It is always missing one if not multiple things. Have pretty much stopped going because of this.

I had the pleasure of making a lunch time stop at Jersey Mikes. The establishment was very clean, staff was friendly and the service/food was top tier. Definitely a location that I would visit again. Whoever is running this location deserves to be acknowledged!
