So i ordered my food on the app told it would be ready by 4:41 got to store at 4:49 and didn't have it ready. When I asked about my food was told they don't have it then printed off register employees only trying to leave and not worried about food coming from a chef at Marriott hotel i would think customers would come first not tring to leave if I could give this crew no stars but had to at least give one to post

Tried Jersey Mike's for the first time today and our experience was pleasant. We were greeted by Franciso who was very helpful and answered all of our questions. He made us feel welcomed and was considerate of our inexperience. I was impressed this establiment smelled like fresh food and not fleshy like a lot of sandwich places. We will definitely be coming back.

My husband and I went around 6pm on a Wednesday. It wasn'tcrowded at all, and no wait time. The prices are a tad insane compared to Subway, but that is partly because of the freshness of the meat. It was very delicious, and I do plan on going back!

The service is always good when I go in. I made a pick up order online and got home and the sub didn’t have half of that I paid for. $20 for a giant sub and chips to not get what I asked for, I was pretty upset. And Jersey mikes is my favorite I won’t eat any one else subs but I’m beginning to start back going to sub way .

First, their card reader wasn't working so after driving the distance, I had to go outside and order on my phone. OK, it wasn't busy so no problem. This was my second time visiting and I was ready for this sub. Problem, I asked the server to wipe the knife off before cutting my sandwich because I dont eat mayo. Lawd, he put his hand in this water under the counter, pulled up a rag dripping wet with stains already on it, didn't even attempt to ring it out, wiped it across the knife dripping wet and then cut my sandwich. I was in shock! I asked if they didn't have napkins or some other method of cleaning the knife off and he stated the water was sanitized! Wait what..the cloth was already dirty! Please do better. And forvas much as you charge for the sandwich, why no paper napkins or roll of paper towels that can be used in this instance. Please fix this so I can come back and enjoy my favorite sub.

I love jersey mikes and have been going to this location for years. I just found out I’m pregnant with my first child and not being able to eat cold cut deli meat was disappointing. I asked an associate if he could cook the meat on my Italian sub and he shook his head no before i could even finish my sentence. I understand it may be a policy i am unaware of but have had other locations cook cold subs for expecting woman. I wish this location was one of the good ones. Hoping this review could bring improvements or changes to the store policy. 2 stars instead of 1 because the service and food is usually good.

I normally fill out a review and just think about the experience I don't know what happened but Jersey Mike's you All have really made a mistake and I know that Georgia is a At Will State and you can release a person just because. But this Person that was let go as a Manager at this location I can't understand a person that has traveled from State to State for this Company training other staff the Jersey Mike's Way and was Very Good At What He Did .for your Company not just that he has also traveled to other places as well here in Georgia.He Was. a Excellent Manager he would Greet Customers Coming in the store. Always had a Smile on his face never heard negative words come from him working in the store he was short staffed at the store sometimes but he worked his Blank off Moving the Customers in Line.I never l seen this Manager not working I really looked forward to coming to the store and see a Smile from the Manager and made Sure. that the staff was completely on board as well .he also hired and let people go if he trained the employees and for reasons not working out. He was let go I understand that the health inspector showed up at the staff this location in Covington Georgia and they received a F and help me understand the manager was not on duty it was another person on duty but the other person that was on duty is still working seen like he or she that was in charged on duty.. Actions should have been taken on who was in charged that day and actions should have been taken as well against the staff.help me understand but they had so many days to be compliance with everything when the heath inspection. Return and I see it may have not been A this time But He got the corrections did and it was B compared to a F when someone else was on duty that day the health inspector showed up..But thought it All.I Feel like Jersey Mike's you let an Excellent Person Go you could have spoken to him and put him in another area help me understand but I say this .How many chances has GOD Given Us Time after Time. Something We All Have To Humble Ourselves In Any Position Whether you May Work In Corporate or just below the top ladder.Jersey Mike's May have Closed that Door on Many People But I Believe And Pray that When A Door Closes Another Door Is Getting Ready to Open And When it Opens know,trust, and Believe GOD Did it All.
