Outstanding food & service. 5 STARS or better yet, 6 STARS out of 5. We have a Thanksgiving feast of beef brisket, pulled chicken, turkey, Quarts of green beans, collards, sweet potato casserole, corn bread dressing, large cartons of gravy, red bbq sauce & white Morgan Co sauce, a pecan pie & chocolate pie, all of it delivered by the manager, Rachel.

Great place to eat. Friendliest staff. Ty Cobb & Bryce are awesome! If you’re going thru Auburn Alabama… make sure & stop in for some great food & friendly service. Texas 🤠

Overall a very good experience. Brisket, Mac and cheese and greens were tasty. No complaints here.

Everything was hot and tasted fine. The ribs were ok tasting but a little dry. Baked potato and french fries were great as were the corn muffins. It was pretty quiet inside as it was almost 8pm. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

I just spent 50 bucks at Jim n Nicks in snellville and the ribs were almost unedible and the brisket was awful. I was asked to do a survey to save 5 bucks and I would say it was the worst bbq ive ever had.

Ava is awesome. Great food and fantastic service. Sit at the bar and ask for Ava!

I moved to Seattle from Texas over a year ago and havent had decent BBQ since. Came here for a visit and it really hit the spot, excellent food. Ava was fantastic, awesome service and friendly smile.

The food was tasty and quick. It was setup to easily order from the counter and they delivered it to your table. Just a note, they make a certain amount of meat each day and will occasionally run out of certain types of meat.

Update: 10/16/2025 I think I can honestly say this is the only restaurant Chain that has ever positively responded to my concerns and made it more than 100% right. Extremely impressed with the customer service team. Will be back.

This is a new location for us, I stopped through the drive-through just to get a dozen of their biscuits and was told they were only taking cash in the drive-through and if I had a card I would have to get down and come inside. I had eight dollars and some change, So I asked how much the total would be so I would know if I had enough and she could not tell me so I drove off. Very poor experience. Whoever was working, the speaker should not be, poor customer service. Always had a lovely experience at the one on Highway.

From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere and staff was so welcoming! Our food and drinks were all incredible! Rene was our bartender and she was attentive and friendly! We will absolutely be back again!
