I went through the drive-thru today and what a great experience! The cashier was very pleasant and polite and the gentleman who handed me my order even told me to drive safely. A very nice change from lots of fast food restaurants where the employees barely speak to you! The food was great as well! We will definitely be back!

refuses to change gloves after touch gloves before making a customers sandwhich.
Employees are rude. The owner and managers aren’t better either! Employees are constantly ignoring customers. Employees when they touch money or other things then asking nicely to change gloves they get mad. They always have the doors locked before 8 ( they close at 9). Loud vile music. An employee told me the table that’s supposed to be temperature controlled is broken and don’t plan on getting it fixed. Where is the health inspector? Employee told me it’s been like this for months..that was my last straw! Food is contaminated going from warm to cold to freezing. The lettuce used for lettuce wraps are soggy and frozen. Prices keep going up while the quality of food and customer service is going down. I recommend going somewhere else. Done giving this place my money!

If you're hungry and you want great sandwiches and you don't want to wait in line for only 1 person making sandwiches at Publix down the street it gotta go to Jimmy John's every time. Bar none, best sandwich place in Covington for Italian or tuna sandwiches they just can't beat the Philly hut on 212.

The hours online and on their door say they close at 9 but I walk up at 7:50 to the doors locked and an employee inside completely ignoring me. After seeing someone drive up to the drive through and seemingly read something, I walk over to find a piece of paper taped to the drive through microphone saying that the drive through and lobby would be closed at 8pm. It was still before 8pm and I was still being ignored by the employee inside.

We went to JJ on 278 in Covington they were nice however you could not see what you were getting. I did not understand the sandwich came with certain toppings you could not see what they were they just told you, you could choose not have any of the toppings if you let them know. The bread was hard the meat was ok don't plan to go there again. Very disappointed The Melton's
