Ordered for the first time, their new Chicken Bacon Ranch. It was supposed to be toasted it was freezing cold, not toasted. I added avocado which I paid extra for and of course it wasn’t added. Also asked for no ranch, guess what was on it? Ranch! I don’t understand how people pay money for something and people just don’t get it right. First & last time ordering from here.

I figured Jimmy John’s was the same everywhere—good, quick, predictable. But the Covington branch proved me wrong in the best way. The sandwich was perfect, loaded fresh, and put together with care. I wanted to show love to this location near my house. I have been in GA for about 4 years now. Out of all the places I have visited. This place has the best customer service around. I always go through the drive-thru and order the roast beef and cheddar, no horseradish, and add turkey. Although I slightly rearrange my sandwich to my liking, it's always served with a smile and a pleasant attitude. It's clean, well put together, with fresh ingredients and we need more places that exude customer service like this place. Keep up the great work ! :)

I went through the drive-thru today and what a great experience! The cashier was very pleasant and polite and the gentleman who handed me my order even told me to drive safely. A very nice change from lots of fast food restaurants where the employees barely speak to you! The food was great as well! We will definitely be back!

Employees are rude. The owner and managers aren’t better either! Employees are constantly ignoring customers. Employees when they touch money or other things then asking nicely to change gloves they get mad. They always have the doors locked before 8 ( they close at 9). Loud vile music. An employee told me the table that’s supposed to be temperature controlled is broken and don’t plan on getting it fixed. Where is the health inspector? Employee told me it’s been like this for months..that was my last straw! Food is contaminated going from warm to cold to freezing. The lettuce used for lettuce wraps are soggy and frozen. Prices keep going up while the quality of food and customer service is going down. I recommend going somewhere else. Done giving this place my money!
