So we went here for a sandwich and I should have just stayed home.. to spend almost $50 not have my condiments put on my sandwich is WEIRD.. the Young lady after I became frustrated that I was having to make my own sandwich thought I was not gonna repeat, “now I’m getting mad” I did.. this was the WORST EXPERIENCE ever,. She did argue back with me as well. They are preparing to close for the night and it’s only 6:45 pm on a Wednesday!! BAD BAD BAD.. I will NOT RETURN.. I’m not gonna spend my money & do the work!!

They should name Jimmy John as The Trash Can, at most 5 pieces of small thin sliced roast beef on a regular. $7.95 on menu but 12.35 on receipt. If you want to eat Jimmy John, just get a loaf of bread, roast beef sandwich meat and some mayonnaise and save $5 and have enough for many. Horrible flavor too!

I always get the # 15 tuna. They always make it fast and the way I like it. They only have provolone cheese so I don't buy sandwiches here for my family who want more choices.

The experience I received was very distasteful. The over the phone presentation was horrible! I simply asked for the status of my order for my lunch break and a female representative was very rude and dismissive. The only reason I ordered from this company is because their representative came into my office with an outstanding presentation with a great personality however due to the rudeness I just received no thank you. I would suggest upper management to listen to the recording at this location @ 12:54pm on 08/02/2023This female representative needs training on phone etiquette or doesn’t need to answer the phone representing Jimmy Jones

I don't know why I came here never a good experience.What happened was I gave general details about my sandwich to which the individual making it started getting snappy,it was made poorly. I had to step outside to make a call and I told them how to make it specifically and I get back to work it was mayonnaise globbed on it, excessive mustard and tomato was mushy. I will go to Jersey Mike's or Publix. Location Hwy 278 Covington GA location!!

This store has no idea what hospitality really means. The ratings are 3.8 out of 5, meaning they are either loved or hated. That shows the inconsistency of customer service. That means on certain days they excel and others they fail. A lot of great companies go out of business because of a reputation of POUR SERVICE. Too bad my company and myself used to buy DRIVES OF subs to feed the teams. Hundreds of dollars. My last purchase was 287 for our teams. We will take it to firehouse
