I love JJ Fish and I keep going back, hoping that they would do better. I ask them to fry my food crispy and most of the time they get it right. When I ask for extra seasoning on my chicken, I only get a dash of seasoning; sometimes hardly none. I can’t get mild sauce, unless I ask for it. They just overload my bag with hot sauce. Not everyone likes hot sauce. It’s the mild sauce that I enjoy. The parking is awful because the restaurant joins together with a service station.

FIRST TIME EATING AT JJ FISH EVER! First teach your front desk folks proper etiquette, I know this is supposed to be "hood/ghetto" food but employees don't need to act like it. Take lessons from chik-fi-la if you're lost. Secondly I really wish I knew that ALL of their wings were sprinkled with that thing. The guy said it was lemon pepper I'm not a fan of lemon pepper anything! So that order was wasted, it was already paid for so I took it out of respect. Emphasis on RESPECT teach your employees that. Third the food actually looks like the pictures! except no indication of white dust on it. Definitely won't be returning! Too ghetto and rude... Apparently it's NORMAL!!! But it's not my normal. And I hate lemon pepper seasoning. And maybe have a sign that indicates where to order and where to pick up, the young lady was acting annoyed even though I repeatedly said this is my first time ever ordering JJ fish & chicken. Then the guy that stepped in was even ruder! So I guess it's my fault. And maybe he should Google what an assembly line is. I know you don't need a masters degree to work there but the way everything is set up is definitely an example of an assembly line and maybe he won't get upset and he'll understand what other forms of intelligence mean when they use that term when describing the ordering process.

2nd time eating here and wasted $12. 1st time food was decent but this time whatever they sprinkled on my food was salty as I don’t know what!!! It seems they sprinkled pure salt all over everything instead of that white seasoning stuffs I couldn’t even eat it. Waste!

Today I place an order online for pickup they said 10 minutes it will be ready after 30 minutes food was not ready the young lady came off a bit rude when asked why the food wasn't ready . Few minutes later she came back apologize saying they place the food in the wrong order and they making it over.

The food is amazing, cooked fresh and if you complain about your food then you are a hater! The staff is always pleasant and the restaurant is clean. I wouldn’t suggest calling in your food as it will be soggy hence why people are complaining! 10/10 recommend, best chicken in the city
Specifically went for the fish and my taste buds were happy and fulfilled. Just a simple sit and eat spot but mostly people take out. Clean and bright, spaced out tables and young men who work there are nice.
