This is the dirtiest nastiest top to bottom top to bottom parking lot windows to windows to restrooms, KFC I’ve ever been in. And the dining room was empty and filthy and filthy so much so I wouldn’t let my service dog lie on the floor.

I am writing this review because of my experience at the KFC in Covington GA location. I had a coupon that came through the mail. When I presented the coupon I was told right away that this KFC was corporate and does not honor the coupons.
This was extra difficult for me since I am disabled and it took me and my nurse to get me out of the car only to find out I can't use the coupon. I ended up eating there at the full menu price.
IN A NUT SHELL THIS IS TOTALLY WRONG.

This location is actually one of the worst I've ever seen, but I come because I live nearby. The food is always lesser quality than other locations. They got about the worst mashed potatoes and gravy ever. Watered down and flavorless all the time. Biscuits usually hard. Also always out of chicken and a 20 minute wait. I think they don't care in this place because it's always busy, so they make money no matter what they do. I've been to other locations in areas with no customers, and the food is way better

Gotta get my KFC fix every now and then. This location did not disappoint.
This KFC location has awful service. I ordered through Door Dash and my Dasher named Brianna stole my order and to make matters worse this store refused to remake my order. I didn't mind waiting longer on the food as Door Dash had 3 more drivers attempt to pick it up. I had to cancel on Door Dash's end since KFC left the order in limbo. I don't recommend this location. Great way to treat customers...

So my chicken strips were over cooked I didn't get my mash potatoes. Also I ordered a sprite and got water. And the manger was talking about how she works so hard but can't even get food out waited 45 min for over cooked food and very disrespectful and I'd I could give this store 0 stars or negative stars I would give thus experience-100 stars
