Stopped to eat along my trip and it took 45mins just to get majority of my food. I couldn't wait any longer and had to make up for lost time on the road. The young man was polite but it seemed he was overwhelmed and not enough staff. We did tip him for as a Christmas Gift.

Food is terrible and the service is worse! I ordered on the app and got there to get it only to be told they were out of basically everything I ordered so I asked for my money back and they refused. Staff is rude and was talking shit about the guests. They were cussing and screaming. This place should be shut down! DO NOT eat here

Went for an online order that wasn’t done until 40 mins later, no help at the counter… Customers needing assistance and were ignored at the front! Unacceptable, no large lid cups were available, but some that were spilled on the counter. Worker picked those up and shoved them back into the lid holder & got mad, rolled her eyes when I told her those lids were laid out on the counter! Never again, customer service is on 0.

They was so much going on at one time. Very unorganized. The new guy was great and nice. The one young lady through him under the bus about my order. I waited like 30 minutes for them to even fix my food. I was not pleased with the over all service. They can do better.

I have been waiting since October 1st for my money to be refunded. It’s currently October 21st and still no update nor refund. I have never ever been scammed out of money by a restaurant. I never come to KFC and the one time I do I don’t receive my order nor my money back. The restaurant had no sauce and tried to give me hot sauce and honey. I ordered a family chicken tender meal so they wanted me to just accept all this food without providing any sauce ? Then they only had drums but nothing I ordered. Why can’t the site be updated on what’s available and what’s not. This is pathetic and sad tbh. The staff is no help and just kept forcing me to take the meal with honey and hot sauce. I’m out my money because of an establishment that can’t communicate nor provide what was ordered off their menu. I’m beyond pissed off. How am I fighting for my money after 21 days but yall took that money in 3.5 seconds from my account.
