Tried to get kfc last night and they where telling everyone they where out of chicken

Went to order and they said they are only serving dark meat and will not be dropping any more food. It's 6 pm on a Monday night.....they stay open until 11.

I have the food 1 star, even though they didn’t sell me any. They don’t sell all the items on their menu. Why have menu items you don’t bother making? So, really only come to this location if you want to gamble that they have want you want. Maybe yes, maybe no. I drove out of my way to have an employee tell me that I couldn’t get what I ordered because, and this is a direct quote, ‘We didn’t have the chicken’. Meanwhile there’s a rack of chicken behind her. Not sure what that’s about, I just walked out, because damn.

Stopped in Covington to get lunch before heading back to Greensboro. Ordered a chicken little combo with fries, two chicken little sandwiches, a six piece with sides and biscuits. Got everything but the fries. Problem was we were already on the interstate before it was discovered. If you're going to run the drive-thru, you need to pay attention to the orders being given as in not chatting with others so you can pay attention.

I ordered Uber eats and picked out two famous bowl combos and two four piece meals. I only received one famous bowl combo and both meals only have one mashed potato when two are the expected amount. I'm not sure what end is accountable.

Walked into resturant on a Sunday at 1:30 pm and was informed they are taking inside orders. There were other customers in store waiting for their food and customers sitting inside eating. No explanation as to why when clearly others were being served.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a 16 pc. Original dinner with an extra side of large c.slaw. I got home the extra c. slaw wasn't in there. I called many times and no one answered the phone.
My DoorDash pickup order was placed at 6:01 and it supposed to be ready at 6:29. I walked in the door at 6:29 to find out that they had just sold the last pot pies and offered to change my order. I asked her how long they had before they were ready and she told me 20 minutes. So I ended up waiting 30 minutes only to have the server shove it toward me with no apology for the wait. I got my order at 7:01. I will never order from the Covington KFC again. I gave them a 1 star because there’s no option for a 0.

I just ordered my chicken at 6:30 pm this evening. The lady who was working the drive thru was so rude. I asked if the chicken I ordered was crispy because she never asked crispy or original. She said to me with a big attitude “nah, you didn’t say crispy!” Before I said anything else she slammed the door and never came back. Another younger employee gave me my food and was very nice and apologized. The food was good but I had asked for two potatoes and two coleslaw and I got three potatoes and one coleslaw.
