I just found out it was Kroger in general with their return policy on perishables. I bought a kroger brand 1/2 and 1/2creamer fromanother store, further away from my home because my travels made the other convenient. I found out the next day the creamer, still in date, was bad. I tried to return it to this store and was informed I have to return it to the store I bought it at. (inconvenient) because it was a perishable item. I asked "if I bought ot in Savana I would have to return to Savana to turn in my creamer?" she said yes. Kroger is a national company, even if nothing else, customer relations should have allowed me to return it but policy said no. I was ready to stop shopping at this one that was convenient until I verified this with the place I bought it from off Jonesborough road. They confirmed this policy. My opinion, Kroger Regional should do something about correcting this policy.

I’m sorry but dang the prices we are paying and we have to shop and bag our own groceries! Why don’t you discount the grocery considering you should be paying your customers for all the work we have to do our self. Not to mention some of the rude checkers! Some of the checkers are some of the rudest women I’ve ever seen!

If I could give negative stars to this bakery I would. My son ordered a cake for my grandaughter's first birthday. It was a sheetcake that was supposed to say One Sweet Peach, with an airbrush peach. I have attached a picture of the cake that we picked up. The day of the party, we were left with no choice but to use the cake. It was a complete and total embarassment!!!
