I came in with my family and ordered. I’m 7 months pregnant and the food gave me food poisoning!!!!! I can’t stop throwing up. The food gave my husband the runs after only eating two burgers. Customer service was horrible! The burger was cold and thrown into the box. Just find it crazy yall didn’t have the decency to give a pregnant woman fresh food. But be lazy and give us cold patties that’s been sitting on the side. I will never come back to this place again! Yall put me and my child in harm way!

I scheduled an order of 150 Krystal burgers to be picked up and delivered by Uber Eats for my daughter's wedding reception as a evening snack. The order was placed 5 days in advance and they cancelled on us without warning on the day of the event and with no time to make different arrangements with a more reputable establishment like Chic fil A. I guess they didn't need or want the $300+ order.

One car in front of us in line and wow it took forever for us to get our food. The manager was very rude while we were ordering. We get up to the window and the employee was nice.I asked him for extra napkins.I did not ask him for sauce or anything else.Just literally napkins, the manager did not want him to give them to us.She was very rude and hateful about that. I see why there was really no line and nobody was there!! Everywhere else in covington, there is a very long line for breakfast at every fast food place except for here and hardee's. We thought we would try Krystals but we will go back to making sure we wait in line at all the other places.Because this place is definitely not worth it.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I came here after a long day of work and ordered food was very happy that it came out quickly, got home and it was like they donked everything in water. The buns were like puddy and wet. The meat was gray and had black dots on it and left brown sludge, and the fries tasted like either had been sitting out or the grease was very old. All around looked like it would make you sick. I questioned it as I was driving home because of the smell like something was spoiled. Never again.
Update: manager of the location called. Saying that, that's how they are made. The world she used was 'Gooey' and that based on my pictures they looked freshly made.... spoke over me a few times. Then at the end offered to replace it but I chose to stick to my word and never go back to that location. I wish she would have taken accountability that it wasn't up to standards. Also I would question her saying she's worked at multiple locations over 30 years and they have also been gooey. To be clear it was like someone dipped the patties in water.
