Avoid this Krystal at all cost. They will not give you your receipt at all. Will give you uncooked food and pass the blame. Run far away from this one.

Visited this location last night coming from a high school basketball game with my son and grandkids (my sons boys). Ordered a 24-pack with cheese combo. Comes with fries and drinks(2)each. Drive thru. Paid $43 and change. Was given the fries and was told to pull over. Waited no less than than 25min. One car is on the side waiting as well. Their order was fulfilled. We wait. Another car pulled up to wait, and their order was fulfilled after a while. They left. I asked the cashier when she came out how much longer she stated the order was coming now. That was 7 more min. Asking the cashier to please replace fries because they were cold because of the delay. She took the cold ones back. She and another employee brought the food out. Mind our destination was to home was exactly 6min. Pulled out the burgers, Luke was warm, and the bread was hard like a day-old biscuit. So we waited over 25 plus for cold, hard bread cheese, not melted burgers. Unexceptable.

THIS PLACE....WOW. if i could give it a ZERO i would. Order 24 Krystal's w/cheese and no onions with a chili cheese fry. Total $41 and some change. Simple enough, right? WRONG!!! After sitting outside waiting for over 15 minutes they bring out the first order. It was 24 Krystal's no cheese and all the onions in the building. COMPLETELY WRONG! So because i tore a ligament in my ankle my wife has to take that order back inside and wait another 15 minutes for them to completely screw it up again. They brought the second set and again forgot the cheese that they charge an arm and a leg for. So at this point we have lost all hope they are going to get it right. My wife asked for a refund and got back $28 of the $41 we spent. When she got back to the truck she handed me the money and i looked at it and realized it was $13 short. So now, i had to get out of the truck, get my cruches and hobble into this supposedly fast food restaurant. I ask for the manager and she comes to the front and stairs at me. I'm like I need the rest of my money. She asks for the receipt and I told her they didn't give it to me at the window. So ten minutes later after repeating what I ordered I finally got the refund. But get this. I told them several times it was $41 and some change. She ended up giving me back $43 and some change. So I dropped the $2 extra back on the counter and left. The whole lobby was filled with angry patrons that seemed to be having the same bad experience I was. Get it together Krystal's. This is the second time I've had a horrible experience here and probably the last.

I went to the Krystals in Covington today 11/19/24 and got. #1 and the Food was AWFUL!! And the Drink tasted like carbonated water!! I called and spoke with the manager I told him my issue he laughed and said that I could come back and get another meal!!! Yeah right!! Worst $10 I’ve spent in along time!! Next time I will go to Checkers!!
