I usually go drive-thru at this location, once upon a time. It wasn't the best restaurant in Covington, I think it had different ownership. But since it's changed hands, it's gotten a lot better. The food is good. The service is quick. The people are friendly. I'm happy that Krystal is back to normal

I've been to this Krystal a few times this month and its been satisfying every time.. The customer service have always been spot on!! The food has been hot and nicely priced everytime. I have gotten to the point Im liking Krystal over Waffle House!!

Our food was great and our service with Tamara behind the counter was even better! She was SO positive and helpful- even going above and beyond to bring our food over to us. The rest of the staff didn’t acknowledge me (they actually saw me and walked the other direction) or get off their phones when they saw me, which was a bit weird- like maybe Tamara should be a trainer lol. Overall, our food was hot, fresh, and a great deal.
