I usually enjoy Little Caesars, but this time was disappointing. When I opened the box, most of the cheese and toppings were completely stuck to the top of the lid. It looked like the pizza was boxed too quickly while still extremely hot, which ruined the whole presentation and made it hard to eat.

I would have loved to give them more stars but unfortunately me and my family were denied service by their kid workers due to the oven being full and wait period. Seeing kids 14-16 working is cool and all but it’s wise to have adult supervisor on site too. Being denied service because you’re too busy is crazy work (in their voices) regardless of the 3.7 review which is not bad in the food industry I doubt I would visit this place again due to bad customer service.

The customer service was terrible. Management needs to give a class on hospitality. If you continue to treat your customers poorly you lose business. The front desk personel was so rude acted like a child. I will not go back to this location nor give little Ceasars any more business for old reheated pizza.

Terrible front counter desk employee rolls her eyes directly in your face has all the pizzas crowded on the cooks counter instead of putting them in warmers this location has definitely went down hill. Ordered ahead of time and still waited 30 minutes in store.

So I just came into your Covington store I had a replacement order unfortunately though my name was not in the book but Nick and customer rep Kristina were amazing after looking for my name and not finding it.. Nick still went on and honored my pizza which really meant a lot to me because I live really far out and I didn't want to have to make a second trip to this area just to retrieve my pizza outside of that though they were incredibly busy but the atmosphere was great and the store was super clean.. and still had time to show exceptional customer service and for that I am truly grateful and will definitely be returning to this store. Thank you so much a very happy customer also I believe Nick was the supervisor on duty and he was super swamped but still incredibly helpful..
Customer service is excellent. I go here on Tuesdays in the early afternoon. Same faces weekly (young lady and male) and that is very pleasant. Always fresh pizza.

The staff is unprofessional especially the girl with the blondish colored hair that is sometimes curly but otherwise frizzy at nights she is hateful and just disregards anything she is asked this has happened on more then 1 time when I have went there
