My grandkids and I walked in at 7pm and walked out at8:30pm
I was severely humiliated and insulted one manager fought to help me he really tried but she the other manager also did the same to him neither of us had a chance. The pizza was trash ? the service trash. I couldn't sleep. I watched others having issues of wrong orders or no orders ??

The pizzas are NEVER hot and ready. I believe the pepperoni, sausage and cheese should stay Hot and Ready like their sign says. The manager is just sitting down and on the on phone. The cashier is Cierra and she did not create urgency for my pizzas, the young man was in the back and not working fast at all. I would not recommend at all

Pizza crust super thin. Higher prices ($7). Few sprinkles of cheese. I should not be able to see the sauce through the cheese. Product is decreasing in quality sadly because I love little caesars.

I’m pleased with this location. Not only did they host and provide excellent service, the two workers on this night had no issue correcting a small problem and creating a truly great experience for both my family and I. Thank you soo much.

I purchased 2 pizzas and crazy puffs yesterday and when I got home my family could not eat them. They looked fine but it was no sauce on any of the them. My grandson and mother said that they felt like they were going to choke because the food was so dry. This pizza was not fresh at all and had been sitting in the oven for awhile because the crust was so tough! I really would like my $19 back because this food should not have been sold to anyone!

I just received the WORST customer service from an employee by the name of Prince. I asked for a pepperoni, ICB and crazy combo. Prince misheard me and gave me a total of ten dollars and some change to which I asked for the order to be repeated. Afterwards I advised the order was incorrect and Prince shakes his head mumbles some words and then says “I asked you” to which I replied “and you misheard me, how can we fix it”. Prince then out of frustration says “man imma go get the manager as he storms off he whispers to an employee (obscenities) that I will refrain from writing.
The manager James approaches offers no apologies or even acknowledgement of the situation asks me to repeat my order and tells me 10/15 minutes.
I came in the restaurant at 630 (reciept states 637) this should be time when pizzas are hot in ready. I watched 4 people come in after me get remotely the same thing but not be forced to wait.
I held my composure in order to feed my children, however, once we made it home (5 mins away) the food was made poorly and I do feel it was intentional. The pizza was not all the way cut nor the cheese bread and they both didn’t have nearly as much cheese as I normally see on an extra most bestest pep. The sauce cups that are being given have a corner of sauce in them (very disappointing). Perhaps you should downsize the cups because after watching a few patrons request a full sauce cup (with the same corner) I knew it would make no difference to put in my own request.
I normally Uber this order and have no problems other than the wait. After going in person I will avoid your establishment all together and share my experience with my peers to discourage them from spending money with a company who thinks so little of its patrons.
I would have posted the pizza and breadsticks but after waiting 30 minutes on the food. The kids devoured it.
UPDATE: I spoke with the manager within the week. I was offered a comp on the meal if I could provide my receipt. Which I had thrown out.
I also advised at that time I was double charged.. nothing for that. It’s still a no for me but at least she reached out.. right
Although I use to frequent this neighborhood pizza spot, it has become highly disappointing. Between the current lousy management, poor customer service, and extremely long time it took to make my Not-So Hot-N-Ready Pizza Pizza just wasn't worth the wait!

LaWanna was awesome delivery lady. She was very bubbly and positive.She was also very neat and clean, you don't see enough of that! My pizza's were yummy and they looked appetizing! All 5 of my grandsons SMASHED them down!

Not the best location.Placed an order online at 8:30p. Pickup time stated between 8:47p - 8:52p.After placing the order, I was supposed to receive an additional email to notify me when the order was ready for pickup.I never received an email, so I went to the location to pickup at 9:25p, and one of the associates stated that the order expired.Again, I never received an email regarding my order being ready for pickup, and it was automatically thrown out or given away (which one of the associates stated that it could've been given to someone else).So between placing my order at 8:30p and arriving at the location at 9:25p, my order expired and was automatically given away or thrown out.The fact that an order can expire within an hour from placing and within 33mins from when the order may be done to picking up is wild.Last time I ordered online and went to pick up my order at the exact time that was stated to pick up, I had to wait an additional 30 - 45mins because the order was not ready.Also, one of the associates was kind of rude and acted as if she didn't know how to communicate what was going on with the order. She was acting like I was 4hrs late picking the order up.I ended up just requesting a refund.

There was literally a pen under my pizza. I waited so long for the pizza it wasn’t made to my request and this is what I find when I go to grab a slice. Mind blowing
