I went in to order a pizzas and they told me it was going to be 20-30 mins. I was fine with it and then a guy in the back yelled it was going to be 30-40 mins. Which I was still fine with but still left because felt like after talking to 3 employees I was being pushed out the door.

I stopped at 4:50pm on a Tuesday to get a hot n ready pizza. The employee told me I'd have to wait about 10 minutes to place an order. Another employee was seated on a bucket in the back. I left.

The Food takes a long time upwards of 30 minutes when calling in advance and the service is very poor as well. Hot n Ready. They definitely need a new slogan

This is a busy place but the staff is always friendly and helpful. The food is good for the price and they are always up front about the wait time for your food. Clean store and good health inspection score. 👌
What happened to Hot & Ready? This location never has hot and ready pizza. Seems like more times than not, I arrive to order, and the same gentleman, either ignores that I’m here, or tells me I’ll need to wait 10-15 minutes to order.
I’ve always thought the reviews for this place was funny. Well….I guess it’s our turn. We ordered Detroit Style Deep Dish. Looked like a bootleg Pizza Hut personal pizza. Kinda funny but sad.

I’ve been to this location several times . Every single time I go to the drive through due to my kids being in the car with me sometimes they’re sleep and i dont Want to wake them up . Every single time I have to wait just for someone to acknowledge me . No “hey we will be with you or nothing “
