Had several meals in this location and this most recent trip was the first that I could not rate a 5. Both meals for my table were overcooked and service was slower than usual. I have always had dinner here and never made it in for lunch. Often expedient a short wait for a table during the week.

We order take out..alot. Our steak is never well done. Tonight. Not done at all! Half the time the broccoli is still hard. Last 2 times no toppings for my potato. Its alot of money to pay for food not to be any good. DONE WITH LONGHORN! Hire a cook who knows what well done means.

Edited review, previous 5 star…..this place has “prioritized to go” we did join the line seating said initial 16-24 minutes….took us about that long to get there. Arrive to a packed parking lot with probably 15-20 cars in the lot idling waiting on food (the new varsity I guess). Walk inside there is a lobby full….6 folks waiting in line ordering to go. Fast forward another 30 minutes I finally walked around counted 7 empty tables nobody was seated at…hostess playing on her phone not paying attention (other guest were bad irritated too). Finally just had to leave after 45 minutes wait and go to stalveys. Do yourself a favor avoid this place . They need a drive through. Im sorry but the longhorns I know prioritizes folks at the restaurant thats eating there, not a bunch of no tipping and call back 30 minutes later complaining to get a discount for the next meal “to go” orders.

This restaurant has the best food wonderful service! Tips for management please ask employees not to take up the parking spot closest to the front entrance. Also, the front door squeaks constantly it could definitely use some WD-40. And to the corporate office, this restaurant needs a deep cleaning and a facelift.

This is so disappointing! This is the worst chopped steak I've ever been served from Longhorn. There is no way they should have served this order like this. This might need to be sent to corporate because it tastes horrible.

Our favorite family steakhouse! Service is fast and friendly, food is delicious, and the atmosphere is what you'd expect from a steakhouse. Favorites are the wild west shrimp, lemon garlic or parmesan chicken, and glazed salmon dishes.

Our menus had food on them. The floor across from our table was nasty, chicken bones, paper. It was right next to a work station, employee after emplyee walked right over this mess. Even the mens room was dirty. The paper towel dispensers are rusted and need replacing. Sad we have eaten there many times before and it was never in this kind of shape a deep cleaning is needes
