My husband and I have been dining at this location for many years now and have always had exceptional experiences with the food and service, however our most recent visit fell short on the service side! Fortunately for us the Manager Clint smoothed everything out and we still left happy! Thanks Clint for understanding how important customer service is!!

The service was really slow, server very competent but not terribly friendly (not rude). The food took a long time for lunch. There’s always an unpleasant odor in Longhorns that is still present. The French onion soup had no onions that I could find, a little broth, lots of bread and cheese - and was barely warm. The bread in the table was delicious as always and the Parmesan crusted chicken was very good.
