MADDLulu is such a fun spot; quirky, playful, and full of personality without feeling overdone. The menu offers a great variety, from boba teas to lattes and smoothies, so there’s truly something for everyone.
Customer service was warm and friendly, which immediately made the experience feel welcoming. After ordering, the wait time for drinks was very reasonable (about 5–10 minutes) and everything felt well-organized and efficient.
The space itself is another highlight. There are plenty of photo-op moments throughout, making it a fun place to hang out or stop by with friends. Parking was also easy and stress-free, with lots of spaces available nearby.
I highly recommend trying the Berry Pirate smoothie (non dairy); you won’t be disappointed.
Overall, MADDLulu is a lively, feel-good spot with great drinks, great service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay a little longer. Definitely worth a visit.

I’ve been here three times and the food and drinks are delicious! It just takes a really long time every time. I was compensated once with a free waffle which was very nice and much appreciated. I wouldn’t recommend stopping here if you’re on a schedule. They also make pickup orders when you arrive not when they receive the order so it’s best to just go inside.

Went during the ice cream festival and this establishment had a stand. Never had I paid an exorbitant 20+ dollars for one small bowl of super melty ice cream and a soggy waffle before. Just UNACCEPTABLE! I was not informed of the steep price since the menu on the stand never listed the price. I just assumed it was normal (market) price like everywhere else in the festival. Had I known it was that expensive and for trash quality, I would have never bothered. Not to mention the long wait in the scorching sun, god only knows why…they had like zero customers in line which was part of the initial appeal to us. Naively we thought we’d get our order quickly since there was no line. So all that time to make that trash order? And when we complained they didn’t even acknowledge or even apologize. Just ridiculous.
Edit, to reply to owner: As I was checking all my messages I found this establishment had sent for me to “rate my experience”, so I have the right to rate/review whenever I damn well please. What a pathetic response to avoid addressing your mistake smh. You weren’t doing anywhere near your best. Unless serving a 20 dollar soggy melty mess and taking more than 20 minutes to make it is your usual “best” lol…You were the only pricey, unsuccessful, lazy stall in the entire festival, hence no line. Us ordering from you might have been the only reason a few other people took any interest at all. You’re welcome!

I absolutely love this spot. It is a very laid-back chill type of environment. Nice place to meet up with someone for a drink chat and to play some games that they provide. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
