Yeah this will be my last time ordering here three different times and my pizza never is good the pizza is so dry never enough sauce or cheese just bread and over cook this location is horrible.

Ordered for delivery. The pizza had literally practically no crust whatsoever! What was supposed to be a crust was paper thin. The cinnamon dessert was like eating rubber! Thick piece of bread with sugar tossed on it! Almost flavorless! Called the manager and she wouldn’t even offer to fix the order or refund my money! Paid a little under $20 for crap!!

Just drove all the way there for a carry out order. Two large pizza's for 24 dollars. Cashier tells me they don't take 50 dollar bills for payment! MANAGER on his phone watching videos. No respect from manager. Sorry customer service. Been coming here for pizza for years. Not anymore!! People need to be fired.

Pizza took over an hour and a half to deliver and there was almost no sauce on the wings. The banana peppers I ordered was hot as hell. I’ve always known them to be sweet peppers. Then they are giving me a hard time to replace the order. They are saying that they can’t replace the order. The pizza was cold. I’ve been on the phone over a half hour trying to get this straightened out and still have me on hold. Was on the phone with them for 58 minutes and got no satisfaction

Just ordered a Steak & Cheese sandwich. If I wanted a sandwich with a tiny bit of steak and a bunch of raw vegetables I could do that myself. The sandwich was all bread, hardly any cheese, had NO flavor and was cold. The order was not ready when my husband picked it up so there is no reason why the sandwich isn't hot. For the most part you guys do a good job but this time for what we paid this was an absolute rip off! The sandwich went straight into the garbage!!!
Placed an order 20 minutes before the restaurant close they called me five minutes before they close. Tell me they are already closed. When I try to ask questions about a refund, the cashier hung up the phone on me. I called back to verify a refund and just continue to talk over me. Please work with your customer service. And update your hours if you don’t close at 11pm
