Was in a hurry on the way to work so I stoped here as I was the only customer in the line and the parking lot was empty. They then proceeded to ask me to pull out to the rail and forgot I was there. I ended up just leaving after waiting 10 minutes for 2 plain cheeseburgers without the food I paid for.

Ordered a sausage Mcmuffin know it doesn't come with eggs but could I have atleast gotten my cheese? The hashbrown was saugy too. The staff was nice though and the outside looked clean. $5 for nothing though smh.
Ice cream was $2.39. I MUST say, THEY ARE STINGY WITH THAT ICE CREAM! The swirl on top was about as big as a kitten paw! Don’t even get me started on the bottom.. Note: The only nice thing about this restaurant is the employees.

It's sad when you have four to five staff members walk past you while you're waiting at the front order, not one of them speaks or even acknowledged you are there, and on top of that, none of them look like they want to be there. Being glared at and stared at drives away customers and makes them feel as though they aren't important enough to respect, and adding the fact that they blatantly leave you standing at the front counter also solidifies that customers are not valued or appreciated here.The food comes out late, and is usually cold or incorrect, and again the staff shows you that they are visibly dismayed with your lack of acceptance for the poor treatment and service. I always visit a place several times during busy, non-busy, breakfast, lunch and dinner times before leaving a review and this is what I have dealt with each time I have been here.It's sad that customer service is an extinct concept, and this location shows no remorse for it's lack of training in this area.
There is never any drinks You want here. They'll tell You they don't have a drink, You ask for others, they still don't have them. Having to cancel My order and drive to another location. Whatever yall got going on I hope You get it fixed soon.
