never got my food in under 30 minutes every time i come here. one time they gave me a raw nugget. workers play around instead of working. iâm not the type to leave a review but this is a every time thing and it should be fixed.

Came to get grinch meals and add a Shaker fry that I see on the menu. Menu shows that is sold separately just to be told they can't sell it like that.

Whoever runs this place needs to re train the whole entire staff, canât even be greeted at the counter stood there for 10 minutes. Whole staff is horrible management is horrible so is ownership
Did an online order order a sweet tea ,large frie, a wrap an a 10peiece chicken nugget an a ice cream. The young lady who brought out the food forgot my ice cream attitude bad, then she proceeded to walk back to get my ice cream before she made it across the parking lot she comes back an say oh we all out of ice cream just get ur money back. While sitting there eating I see am older couple come out with ice cream. So I am thinking wow she just told me they were out of all ice cream. So I get out go in the store to ask why she tell me there was no ice cream the manager said oh it was broke they just fixed it. I feel like she played in my face cause how was it just broke but not even 5mins later its back working. I was on my lunch break didnt have time to get out an go in but I made time cause I wanted to know what was going on. I want ever be back to this location

Such an unprofessional staff. The lack of willingness to help is baffling. We placed a mobile order for that store & was able to show a receipt to show it was the correct store & time. But it still wasnât in the system. So they said ârefund your order then make a new one. So I did make a new order & all they had to say to me was âyour order is not hereâ but IM SHOWING YOU THE RECIPT FOR THE SECOND ORDER YOU TOLD ME TO PLACE. & still wouldnât give me my food . Like I had the proof twice. they might as well have been like âtoo bad, not our problemâ & the app isnât letting me refund for some reason.. so now Iâm suck with a $20 charge. No food. And Iâm late for work. Tysm McDonaldâs on 36!!
