Just came through the drive-through for a large fry. The girl at the first window said it would be a few minutes because they were dropping fresh fries. I get to the second window and was indeed handed reheated fries lol. Don’t get my hopes up like that and lie to me McDonald’s.

I had a mobile order this evening and service was horrible and so were the workers(attitude). I sat there forever and workers walked by and simply ignored me standing there. They didn’t even have the order they said and didn’t give me the sauce or a drink holder. There was a worker eating the fries and dipping them in sauce at the fry station. The workers were all getting their own personal food and gossiping before the customers standing there. Won’t be back to say the least.

I'd give zero stars if I could. How the hell do you order 2 happy meals and they leave all the food out and just give a box with a toy in it. They must have lost their damn minds here. Every single time I always get pulled foward and end up having to go inside to get my food cause they take over 20 minutes for some damn nuggets.

This used to be my preferred MCD location.
Lately, they fill the fries HALF way. If I pay for a large fry, I expect a large fry amount in my large fry container because that's what I PAID for!
We went through the drive-thru last night, late after an away game. Our order included 3 different fry sizes and ALL were HALF full. No, they weren't poured in the bottom of the bag, they were non-existent! Check your fries if you go to this location, especially the drive-thru. Folks work too hard for their $ to get half full orders but pay full price. "It's just fries" No! It's the principle of the matter!

Service was very poor. My order came to $78. Gave the cashier $70 cash and asked her to put the balance on my card. She placed the entire order on my card and returned the cash. I asked her why she didn't do as I instructed her. Her reply was she already did what she had to do. She was very rude and insensitive. I took responsibility for not asking for a manager to rectify the mishap. The order was also screwed up. We asked for unsalted fries and all of the fries were salted. And we realized we were missing 1 fish sandwich and a burger and fries. Doubt I would stop at this location again. Because as a visitor to Georgia, the impression given wasn't pleasant.
Fast friendly service this morning. I went to the drive thru and received friendly service. I was surprised. I normally don't receive a smile and friendly reply from the workers at McD's. Thanks for a nice experience for once.

One star is to good for this dump.mens rest room had so much piss it looks like syrup that's how long it been since cleaned. It the lobby floors looks like they used a mop at one time with cooking grease my shoes would leave a print a s I walk.took 34 minutes to get my big mack meal. And had a burger for wife had to ask for it 20 minutes later got it.we dined in and left a mess left all our bag and what ever hoping it would help shutting it down the employee in back arguing and playing. A employee gave the other a bag to put food in slapped it out of her hand then got it off the floor and put customer food in it.

They messed up the breakfast order. - We (me n my dad) Ordered the pancakes with bacon and a bagel (toasted) - WE GOT: a bagel (untoasted) and a meal that had eggs,bacon,and a biscuit 2.Wrong drink - Ordered a FRUIT PUNCH hi-c (said they had it in the app) Got an orange hi-c. 3. Oh Lordy the WAITS. -Over 20 minute wait BOTH TIMES. -Dad had to go in and get food (breakfast) -(this is dinner) Mom had to go in and get our drinks, they were out of med lids AND straws. 4. Messed up order pt. 2 - did not get fries >:( (dinner)
