Food quality -Terrible
Deluxe spicy chicken meal- the patty was cut into a small piece and rubbery center with weird texture all around, like it had been microwaved with a paper towel. Roll was smushed and all fallen apart in its box. Disgusting. Nuggets were hard and dry.
Service- could use some training on courtesy and communication

Went through the drive through today. Ordering was easy, employees pleasant, but was asked to pull around to a specific spot. All of them were full with us all waiting for our food. Waited about 10 minutes. Got it and looked over and saw that I had all products I ordered, cool. Got home and I always always make it a point to check my food and my kids food before eating. Opened my burger to find this :/ I took pictures and have saved it but what should be done to fix this problem?...read full review
