The service was horrible. My fries were not fresh & as you will see in the picture there was hair in my food. 🤢 I will never eat here again. This was a bad experience for a family of 4 just looking for a quick bite.

This is the second time and three days that I have gone to the same mcdonald's in covington on 142 and the Coke was flat. But the first time they offered me another drink.I drove off with its sweet tea because I was late for my doctor's appointment after that I took a swallow and it was unsweet tea. I drove back around and explain to them that it was unsweet tea.They gave me another glass and of another container, and it was unsweet tea also. This time I demanded my money back because they couldn't get it right. Every time I go to this mcdonald's, something is wrong.Stupid meJust can't seem to remember not to go there.

I Ordered a large sweet tea and a large fry , and they gave me a coffee enlarged fry and they wouldn't switch it to the right thing

Unprofessional!!!!!!! Employees didn't care that kids were in the lobby they were still cursing and yelling like they were in high school!!! Fries were gross and burnt so sent those back. Burger was cold and missing pickles and ketchup so threw it away since I didn't feel like dealing with the staff again. Only 1 of my chicken nuggets was cooked through so didn't eat those either. Headed someplace else to eat when this was supposed to be our only stop for the night!! So now I'm spending double on food for my family. Bathroom had no toilet paper with feces smeared on toilet paper dispenser. Genuinely the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. As a business owner myself I would hope that whoever owns this location stops by and actually sees this location and then overhauls this place completely!NEVER AGAIN VISITING THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

First off- no soap in the bathroom. I passed 3 hand sanitizer dispensers- all empty. We order on the stupid kiosk and there’s no receipt. 25 minutes later… no food. Tried repeatedly asking for help and no one would help me. There were at least 15 people working and no one would talk to me. There were other people asking for help too and no one would pay paying customers any attention. We spend $15 and had to just leave without our food. Other people said they had been waiting 45 minutes. Do not go here. Management needs to improve and this store owes me $15.
This restaurant reminds me why I hate doing doordash, they ignore you like you're invisible then when you ask someone finally if they have your doordash they just say no we don't have any doordash and turn back around again...no looking to see if it was picked up previously or asking the name or order number nothing, terrible service always

I love this McDonald's, the kids are sweet and helpful, the managers are wonderful. The restaurant stays clean and the food is always hot and fresh. I eat here all the time, great sweet tea too!!!

I am absolutely disgusted by my experience at this McDonald’s. I ordered a burger and discovered a bug inside my food — something no customer should ever have to experience. When I brought it to their attention, there was no real apology, accountability, or sense of urgency to make things right, other than the refund I requested. It’s completely unacceptable for a restaurant that serves hundreds of people a day to have such poor food safety standards.
This experience has made me lose all trust in McDonald's as a whole, and I won’t be returning. I strongly suggest that McDonald’s corporate review this store’s cleanliness and food handling practices immediately.
