Horrible. Employees are rude. Receipt printer is “broken”. Chicken was old, fries were cold. Inside is dirty with broken screens. Clearly, this place is poorly managed. Disappointing!

Did not receive a receipt and was told they were short staffed and were waiting on one item. We were directed to a reserved spot where we waited 15 minutes to receive our order. An employee showed up to our window, said nothing, offered no apology for the prolonged wait, nothing. We received barely warm burgers, room temperature nuggets, but hot French fries? During our extended wait, at least a dozen cars made it through the drive thru, so the claims made about staffing seem suspect. I'm sure the lack of a receipt is so I can't provide direct feedback to MCD with an order number. If the food wasn't as expected taste-wise and fries hot, it'd be 1 star across the board.

Sandwich was made wrong even though the person in the drive-thru told them 3 times about the special order. The guy at the drive-thru was EXTREMELY nice and friendly and explained that he couldn't give me what was missing on my sandwich but he could take it and have them remake it. I told him you're NOT supposed to take food back through the window and expose the other food to something that's been touched and has been in someone's car. He said that he had to take it and have them remake it. I told him never mind that I didn't want to waste food just because someone didn't follow directions and do what they were supposed to do. I asked why he couldn't just give me what was missing and he stated that it was his Manager's policy. So this location would rather waste food than to just rectify their mistake by putting what was missing into a box!?!

This is the worst McDonald's in Covington to go to if you're looking for fast food. Everytime I've been here within the past year, it taken at least 20 minutes each time. Whether it be going through the drive through (they put you on the rail and you have to go inside to check on food because they forget), or curbside the visit will take no less than 20-25 minutes. It's completely ridiculous at this point someone needs to get them in shape. Other McDonald's in the area do not have this problem.

Wait over 30 minutes in the drive up spot for out food before we have to go inside and say something. They tell use pretty much to get over it and then when we get home we are missing some of the food. Waste of time and they stole our money.

If I could give zero stars I would. Once again I'm in a rush. NO cars in drive through. I ordered a small coke and a double cheeseburger only. ONCE AGAIN the take my money and asks me to park and wait for my order. I even said ITS ONKT A DOUBLE CHEESEBURGER...5 minutes later they bring my food. A burger with stale bread, barely warm with nor ketchup than you can shake a stick at. This place is horrible and needs to be retrained in what fast food means. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
I could see all of the young associates playing on a phone when I pulled through to the first window. Got to the 2nd window he handed me my drink and asked me to go to spot 1. Parked for 25 minutes before food came out. I ordered online for convenience.

They never get the order right or give you sauce ever. Won’t be back. Go to the other McDonald’s near by! This location hasn’t even had ice for awhile now. They also say pull forward for your order and you have to wait an extra 20-30 mins then still have to go inside to correct it.

The service is terrible I had to wait more than 20 minutes in the parking area just for a sandwich and a coffee, I had to go and claim my order and they still didn't have it ready They only gave me the sandwich and the coffee. I didn't have to go get my order
