Long story short. Stoled our money after saying they were going to give it back then walked off because they couldn’t make our meal after even 25 minutes yet everybody there was getting their food, the same as ours. It was just one burger and nugget meal. Had to call the police to get it forced back to us. Second time this year had to call the cops for taking our money. Then tried to be nice and give us money and food. Food that you’ve already tainted after sitting there for 40 minutes. For that’s the total time this process took. Thanks to the city for making it right. Pressing charges.

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely the WORST service and food. Waited in drive thru pullover lane for almost 10 minutes for 2 chicken sandwiches and a fry. GROSS!! Sandwiches were running with mayonnaise and fries were like spaghetti noodles. Threw it all out. This location needs a employee house cleaning because these people do not appreciate their jobs.

The manager Britney working this morning was absolutely amazing!! She was so kind and patient and respectful even when a huge crowd of people poured in all at the same time. She spoke not only to the customers nicely but all her coworkers! 10/10

This McDonald’s was one of the worst serviced I have ever seen. Ordered three meals and told us to pull up waiting on fries. 30 minutes later still no word. Asked for a refund and due to needing to leave due traveling and trying to make it home on time. The woman became rude and simply gave us cash with no receipt. The manager on Sunday morning shift of 05/25/25 is doing a very poor job…
