Rotating menu signs above the order station - by the time you see something that piques your interest, the menu shows something else, so you've got to wait for the next cycle to read details, and then the next cycle to get the name. Then wait for the food and it's - OK. The sign may be designed to drive us to the self-order kiosk, but for us oldsters, it's just driving us away. McDonald's is now just a convenient restroom for us, & we'll get food/drink...

Young man running the register did not know what he was doing. 1. He upgraded me without asking.2. He gave me a soda and I wanted coffee. 3. Didn't give me a chance to order another meal. 4. I ordered from the 2/2.59, he charged me for each item with an overcost of 6.40.

I couldn't believe this was Mc Donald's. The customer service was excellent. The managers, both of them were so friendly and the workers. The food was hot and fresh and my Big Mac was not sloppily made. I have never had this experience at a McDonald's...great restaurant... I hope they stay this way.
