The cashier made an error, (double charge), as a result, the correction needed to be made. She explained that the manager was busy and I would need to wait until she was available. 12 minutes later the manager comes. Mind you, I went inside because the drive-through was backed up.

Ordered on kiosk, was paying with cash so had to walk up to front. Everyone looked at but no one acknowledged my presence. 13 and 1/2 minutes before they start with they were doing and came and asked me what I needed help with once they got the food and get to the truck I realized it was wrong and cold this was bad even for McDonald's

The meal was delicious and super fast! I really wish the burger meat itself was a little more fresh off the grill. I like the flavor over when it has been sitting for a while. I made an online order for the wrong location and the cashier had nothing to say other than your order isn't here. A little instruction about how to resolve this would have been helpful. The fries weren't as hot as I like them.. I almost went back through the line. Like a steak, they ought to ask you at the window to check your order and ensure its satisfactory. Just my opinion.
