I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences with this store. They struggle to follow directions consistently. The food often arrives cold, stale, and soggy, making it nearly inedible. I also paid for extra sauces with my 20 nuggets but received no sauce at all. They never do!!
It is not hard to read a screen and follow directions.
Would avoid save your money.

This place is terrible about completing irders. I came here twice first time was a 30 min wait second time was 40. First time I just figured maybe it was accidental nope. They are terrible and while they are struggling management was just chilling outside crazy.

Overall mediocre individual who brought out our food dropped my great nephew drink. No big deal but never cleaned it up. Food nothing to brag about. If it wasn't for my great nephew wanting to come here I guarantee I would not have come. Not to mention the Hispanic girl who took my order was more concerned about her baby daddy texting vs. focus on her job.. if I have to say anything don't come.

I went through the drive-through and ordered my meal at 7:18 PM. Didn’t receive my food until damn near 8 o’clock. I really depended on this McDonald’s for the quality standards of their food and the service that I would receive but honestly what the price is going up at McDonald’s. This isn’t worth my time ,Highly disappointed

went to this location today at 9 in the morning, I got 3 chicken McGriddles, iced caramel coffee, 3 hash browns and a sweet tea. Everything was messed up in some sort of way except for the hash browns. Iced coffee had not one drop of sugar or caramel flavoring, it tasted like unsweetened watered down straight coffee. The sweet tea was watered down as well, the McGriddles were burnt around the sides and on top of that they didn’t receive their truck that morning so they really didn’t even have anything we wanted in the first place. Experience was a 2/10, won’t be returning to this location to waste my money again.
Why does it stink in here? It smells like dirty mop water and I know it’s just not on one occasion I have picked up for Uber eats and I did pick up for my food one day, but the food was gross but it stink like dirty mop water. Please throw away all the old maps or it could be old Greece, but it’s deep into everything. Tell me I’m lying lol

I ordered a large fry... they told me to pull over to spot 4..... a girl delivering food asked me what i was waiting for and left......do you know 20 minutes later I had to go inside and ask for my fries.... no apologies. They barely even looked up when I said, "Excuse me.... horrible customer service.
