Omg! The service and food at this establishment are absolutely phenomenal! You can tell the food is homemade and made with love. Covington needs so many more restaurants like this instead of several fast food and chain restaurants. The place was quite busy with patrons coming to pick up their order. I will definitely be returning to this restaurant for more food.

We went there for the first time and everything we had was delicious. Staff was great and had enough food to take home for another meal tomorrow. We will definitely be back!

I brought my wife here for a date night. I must say the food was delicious and prepared well! Portions were just right. We will definitely be back!

The seafood Mac & cheese ball starter is a must! Absolutely delicious with a crunch that makes you want to order some to go as well.

The African entrees will not disappoint. I have had the Egusi, as well as the Palm Butter, and both were excellent.

The fried Catfish was a winner for my friends, they said it was the best that they had eaten in ages!

We have added this restaurant to our list of favorites and can't wait to visit again!

I really wanted to like this place! Seen it has really good reviews. Decided to order a veggie plate. Collards, Mac, Jollof rice, yams. Everything was 2/10 except the collards. They were a 1. The rice was cold so maybe I will go back just to try that again with fish. Could’ve just been a bad day

I brought my mom here for brunch on Saturday. My mom had the oxtail dinner and I had the Mac n Cheese seafood balls with sweet potatoes. We were very satisfied with taste of our food and the homemade punch! Also the homey vibes make it even better. Erica did an awesome job as our server! We will be back!

First of all 4.8 stars is ridiculous. This place absolutely deserves more than 5! Everything was seasoned and cooked to perfection. Not only great tasting but a perfect amount to take some home. My beverage was also crafted to perfection 😍 You can really taste that the deepest love was put into the menu. God bless Yal! Can’t wait to come back with family ☺️ Also, Erica was the sweetest host and on point ❤️

Our server Erica was extremely friendly , professional and helpful. The atmosphere is classy, calm and clean. The food quality and preparation was excellent. My husband and I both had Birds of the Feather. I had waffles with peach cobbler topping and he had mixed berry toppings on his waffles. It was delicious and everything was fresh and hot. The waffles melt in your mouth and the chicken falls off the bone!!! Oh and I can’t forget the breakfast potatoes they were GOOD!!

We had an incredible experience at Musulyn International Caribbean Restaurant! The food was absolutely amazing—bursting with flavor and clearly made with love. Every bite was perfection. The service was equally outstanding. Erica took such great care of us—she was sweet, attentive, and made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back. Honestly, I really like the chef. She's very personable. The staff is nice enough, but they really need to get a grasp on customer service in a restaurant. I waited 25 minutes, and finally had to ask for some water... I'm not kidding. I never saw my server after she brought my food, but this wasn't the server that took my order. The service is what kills the whole experience, and that's why I only go about once every 3 months. I'm always hoping it would improve, but it doesn't. She needs to develop a training system that shows the staff how to properly wait tables and check on customers more frequently. Service is everything for me.
