Sesame seed chicken lo mien and chicken and broccoli with white rice ... While eating the sesame seed chicken I felt something in my mouth and when I pulled it out it was a strength of hair black I have locs so I know it wasn't mine.. I called them they act like they seemed confused .. I am disgusted sick to my stomach I had a whole another person's hair in my mouth..🤮 if I could give a zero I would

I love their food! Closest to NYC Chinese food! And if you remember when Covington had the mini crab in the Kroger plaza they are the owners here now! Also they had mandarin palace!! Great people excellent fresh food! Thank you Mindy

Great people, great food!! I’m one of those that sticks to a dish once I like it, and I’ll either get the Mongolian chicken with white rice or sweet-and-sour chicken. The Mongolian chicken sauce by itself is so good you could eat with rice alone. The breading on the sweet-and-sour chicken taste like a freshly made funnel cake at a carnival. Try it for yourself! - Anson is very respectful and hilarious, bro know my order, I just point my finger at em and say “AYEEE, you know what I’m getting”. Haha Good times 💪💪

I'm not sure what has changed with the ingredients or seasoning of the food but it tastes like a whole different restaurant. And I & many others seem to feel the same way. They say nothing has changed but something has... Maybe secret ingredients that weren't transferred to the new ownership... maybe it's not their fault but I sure miss the way it was i've been coming here 10 years+ not sure how much now.. hope it gets better.
Believe they have new owners. Food went WAY down. Very subpar at best. Chicken seems like pre-bought nuggets dipped in sauce. Very disappointed and WAY too pricey for terrible food an d service. Panda is cheaper and 10x better. This place will close within 12 months. Don’t bother or waste your money

If I could I would leave 0 stars food taste completely different and the sesame chicken has the texture of a meat ball the lo main is salty and the egg rolls don’t get me started it went in my mouth and straight back out gross. New China has always been my favorite restaurant, but it is definitely not anymore the new management have ruined that for sure!!!!

Their food is usually good, but this time it was terrible. I ordered the orange chicken, and the sauce tasted completely different. The meat they served didn’t even seem like chicken. I’m not sure if they’re under new management, but I would give this visit zero stars.
