Don’t go an hour before closing they will be out of half the food and won’t make it!

Don’t show up an hour before they close. Only two customers in the restaurant, five to six employees, but yet I waited for five minutes at the counter before I gave up and left without a single acknowledgment that I was there. They seemed more interested in cleaning than helping customers.

The drive through is slow and when I went to eat my food at a nearby parking lot the drive thru lady didn’t put napkins or folk in my bag so I had to eat my food with my hands

I ordered bowl. I choosed one super green and teriyaki chicken.
I was surprised to see the quality what I received in $8:50. It was like baby portion.
I observed , few server are very poor in portion measure. I am a daily customer, and i felt cheated.

This is the amount of food that I was given today after I ordered a medium entree. I normally check my food while I’m at the window but I was in a rush today to get home. I tried calling the store and to my surprise, not only did no one answer but they also do not have a voicemail setup. This location is ripping customers off!

With as long as I’ve waited in this line, I could’ve just had Beijing ship it over via DHL. As a nation, we are lucky Xi doesn’t realize what this restaurant is doing to tarnish China’s reputation.

$17 for ONE meal. That's GD RIDICULOUS! And to top it off, damn near everything they were serving was burnt to a crisp!!!! Then half the drinks were out of order. Smfh.

Whomever was working the drive thru at 5:30p 7/25/24 needs to remember there are two drive thru lanes. The attendant kept telling me to wait and then would come on the speaker for the first lane and take their order. After being passed over 3 times (3 car orders) I left. I've have never experienced this kind of poor service at a dual drive thru ever. It seemed intentional that she was ignoring me in lane 2, which is crazy.

Excellent service at the window from Lyric. The wait was a bit, but she was so sweet and so kind. She brought our food out to the parking lot while we waited with our kids and made sure to ask if we needed any condiments etc. Really appreciate this kind of service! Awesome job!

I ordered the Orange Chicken. It didn't have nearly enough of the glaze, so I asked if more could be added. I was told no, but I could have some of the packaged sauces. NOT The Same.
