Only delivered half of my order, refused to refund the missing items. They claimed all they could do was deliver them. We didn’t receive them until 1 HOUR and 30 minutes later. To top it off, they didn’t even remake it, they sent the same items they forgot to bring so it was old and cold. manager never took the call, literally would have the employees place us on hold until we gave up and hung up. Worst location by far.

These guys are quite clearly using old dough that should not be used anymore and does not rise properly. I've worked at pizza places in the past and this is what old dough looks like when you cook it.
The olives should not be thicker than the dough.
On top of that whoever's answering the phones down there just doesn't seem to care.

Absolute nightmare when picking up carryout, nothing but DoorDash in the lobby area. They gave my order to one of the door dashers because it was so busy!

Kid-friendliness: No inside dining so they don't eat or dislike them I suppose?
I have ordered 2 times from the Covington location and they have forgotten my soda both times. Every time I call the manager I get hung up on. Papa Johns why is it so hard to get an order filled completely??? Disappointed in your customers service.
This location employs credit card scammers/swipers at the drive through window.
They will take your credit card and run it through the machine (very likely fraudulent), and then they will charge you twice.
One day after eating and paying at this location, I recieved a call from my bank that my card was compromised. I also saw that my card had been charged twice for a singular food item.
Make sure to check your bank records after paying at this location!

I've never ordered from Papa John's before. Been at the hospital with my mom in ICU all day and just wanted a decent pizza to eat and then go to bed. I looked up and called the phone number for the Covington store. I gave the lady my address and verified that they do deliver to my house. Placed my order and was told it would be 35 min. About 45 min later I get a call from the delivery driver. Turns out the order was sent to the Jackson, GA store and the delivery address was a Jackson address. I had to sit on the phone and help the driver find me in Covington (which is not even in their delivery area). Then the driver had to stop at a gas station and use the bathroom before delivering my pizza and by the time I got it, it was cold and I had to heat it back up in the oven. And after all that, the pizza was awful and I couldnt eat it.I called the Covington store to complain to the manager who informed me that it was not their error. That I had been sent to a call center and the person I spoke to didn't work at the Covington store. She said this happens alot with Papa John's. Since it wasn't their issue, there was nothing she could do. She said I could call back tomorrow to talk to the general manager if I wanted to. I'M NOT AT ALL IMPRESSED WITH PAPA JOHNS OR THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I will not be ordering from Papa John's ever again.
