This place was quite unpleasant and underwhelming. None of the chefs have hair nets, gloves, or proper shoes on. There are leaks in the ceiling. A worker is also charging their airpods at the front desk. We have been waiting for our food for a while now. I’m saying this all, and still have not received my food. This place is super unsanitary. Terrible customer service as well and the workers are working at an incredibly slow pace. Would not come back again. 0/10. Terrible experience. Below i have attached pictures of the ceiling.
These people totally tried to scam us. We ordered at 650. Finally drove there at 830. Told us they refunded us and gave us an old receipt, they never refunded us. And wonder how often this happens to people. All along our food was sitting there. Plus tipped 15% no one would give us a managers name everyone was so rude. It was ridiculous! all those kids in there should be fired

Pizzas I ordered were delivered with no warming bag, room-temperature, the garlic sauce I paid for was smashed up and spilled inside the first box. We have a video doorbell that recorded the delivery and the delivery driver literally didn't speak, or show any customer greeting, and also walked off after handing the pizza to me, and appeared to be irritated.
Won't be ordering from this location again, mainly because the presentation and lack of customer service both made my wife and I feel like our food was handled with resentment and lack of care.

Only delivered half of my order, refused to refund the missing items. They claimed all they could do was deliver them. We didn’t receive them until 1 HOUR and 30 minutes later. To top it off, they didn’t even remake it, they sent the same items they forgot to bring so it was old and cold. manager never took the call, literally would have the employees place us on hold until we gave up and hung up. Worst location by far.
