Lady at counter rude. Food sat for over 20 minutes. Very incompetent staff. If orders are being backed up stop taking people's money and giving them cold food.

I want to share a disappointing experience at this Pizza Hut location. I went in to pick up a pizza today around 3 o’clock and used tap to pay. Before I even had a chance to touch the screen, the cashier grabbed it and added a tip without my knowledge or consent. When she realized I saw what happened, she tried to hand me cash to cover it.
This felt very dishonest and sneaky. A customer should always be the one to choose whether or not to leave a tip — not have it added for them. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and needs to be addressed.

Really Sucked walked in and stood in front of this lady after a standing she clearly said we could go down to the other register that they would help asked for a menu and was told to go online and look it up and that was 45 minutes ago and still haven’t seen a pizza No stars for me

This location is honestly depressing. The atmosphere feels grim and uninviting, it gives sad boomer vibes. The energy is off. The staff at the counter looked unhappy and like they didn’t want to be there, which makes the experience even more uncomfortable. Food prep was slow, and nothing about the visit felt welcoming. It left me feeling more sad than satisfied after waiting 20min for my online order to be ready.
