Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

I went through the drive thru today. I believe that the man that took my order was the manager. He really needs to work on his people skills and work on sounding more pleasant. After I paid for my order, they asked me to pull up to the door and wait. After 5 minutes I walked inside and he was having a meeting reprimanding all of the employees while I stood there. Please retrain the manager on his people skills and they forgot to put the biscuits in the boxes

Absolutely horrible experience, like always. Every single worker has a disgusting attitude every single time I go. It's sad that you have to think that "maybe next time someone will be nice" when deciding to go back somewhere. Once 7:30 8:00 P. M rolls around, don't even waste your time. Even though they close at 11, they stop doing everything at 8, act like they can't do anything, and again, have attitudes of you ask them to do any sort of work, even though they WORK there. Unfortunately this is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. Will be contacting corporate.... The way these workers treat people is disgusting and unacceptable. I can't believe the manager hasn't done anything about any of it yet. I'm sure they don't care as well. Seems like app fast food places are like this now. But they need to get their crap together, asap.

(Dine in) I’ve never been to Popeyes before. I wanted to try the spicy flounder I saw on an ad.
It was terrible! Tastes way too fishy, as if rotten or had been sitting out all night and day! Yuck! I threw it away and went back to the counter to buy something else. I told the cashier I hated the fish. She comped me the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. It was amazing! We will not get seafood from Popeyes again, but we will be back for the chicken!

Love their hot apple pie!! I finally had one of their chicken sandwiches- it was really good!! I hadn't eaten anything but their fried apple pie until I needed a quick bite after my doctors appt.

I ordered a 12 piece family meal. I came early expecting fresh chicken. I got home and was very disappointed. I got 1 breast, 5 thighs, 2 drummettes, and 4 little wings with a few feathers still on them. The coleslaw was old and I got a spoonful of old red beans and rice. I drove all the way back for my refund.

Rude manager for no reason I tried to order my food and he kept rushing me what a rude manager and the manager should say no to crack.

The evening manager is sloppy. He tries to get me to purchase what they already had cooked (mild) and not what I wanted (spicy). I had to wait thirty minutes for spicy chicken. Then, they purposely had the nerve to give me chicken that was sitting for thirty minutes. The side were horrible. We threw them away when I got home. I won't be going back there ever again.
