Bianca was my cashier in the drive through. She was very rude and passive aggressive. She said i wasn’t able to make changes to my order because “she already asked at the window”. Horrible attitude. I also had to walk inside for my receipt which she handed me after providing more attitude. Everyone working inside is poorly dressed with a visible lack of hygiene. Worst popeyes in the area.

Each time we go to this store the experience is increasingly frustrating and less than satisfactory! Today of the 5 things we ordered 3 were met with ‘we’re out tot that’ - I asked for extra tatter sauce on one fish sandwich, and so one had zero tarter sauce: the flounder filet is seasonal/limited time, and I think they’re reaching the end of ’the flounder run’ apparently - instead of the large, thick, hot, flavorful sandwiches we’ve had in the past, the 2 filets tonight were smaller than the bun, essentially cold - and yet overcooked. I think we are probably finished trying this store…it’s so hit-or-miss.

The worst. The manager and employees were hard down arguing in the kitchen and there was no sense of customer satisfaction. They were so focused on arguing that my butterfly shrimp turned into popcorn shrimp that weren’t seasoned or fried right. Popeyes need to have a quality and customer service makeover or automate people out of it.

It is always an issue here. I placed a delivery order, they either cancel it or send the wrong stuff. I place a pickup order, it’s always wrong and missing items. Their attention to detail sucks. I rather drive further to conyers to get what I order. Smh. Canceling someone’s order after 40 mins of waiting. Do better.

Pulled through the drive thru with me and my dad.
At the speaker the lady was VERY RUDE. We get to the window and she tells us our total is $30 but slam the window as she took my card. We're yelling out the window to try and get her attention and she opens the window with so attitude. saying " That's not what yall ordered "
, “Yall need
to order right next time” and saying” what do yall want then ?”
Then slam the window in our face.
Just RUDE AND ATTITUDE IS TERRIBLE. I got my card back and Will NOT be spending my money there ever again. The crew member name is Zhaane, She has blonde braids !!!!!

Just ordered 1/31/2025 and My Family Got Very Sick..My People ate some the Next Day and Instantly got Felt the Effect of Food Poising..Did this Happen to Anyone Else??
Our food was great and the girl that waited on us was nice enough but seemed like she didn't want to be there but the longer we sat there I could kind of see why. While we were eating a couple pulled up at the drive through and apparently there was an issue with their order and a coupon that apparently that particular store doesn't take even though another employee had told them the day before they did. Anyway the male working the speaker felt disrespected by the customer for whatever reason. And loudly where everyone in the store could hear refused to be professional and go to the window to take care of this customer after what I assume was the manager went out to talk to the customers at the speaker and got everything straightened out. If you are going to work in customer service in any field you need to handle yourself professionally. I don't know if the customer was disrespectful or he was just being dramatic but I have been and still am in customer service for over 20 yrs and number 1 the customer is always right and if you talk to them with respect and act professionally most of the time you get the same back. I as a customer eating in this establishment should have never known any of this was happening and it was very unprofessional and he's lucky I am not his manager bc he would have been sent home and quite possibly not been allowed to return.

Hey manager, you don't strive to do anything. This store started off bad and has not gotten any better. All you and your whole staff try to do is make bad burnt food and show prejudice to every white person that walks in. You should all be fired and replaced. Every Popeyes has the capability of producing fantastic food but deliberately choose to do everything wrong. Why else would a chicken chain with the best chicken when cooked right has the worst reviews overall of any restaurant in the south?

Told these folks I was pregnant chicken tenders was supposed to be fresh still not completely done on the inside I was too sick and to far away to take them back smh if this affects me or my kid I know something
I’ve learned today… if I can’t go in to order, I won’t order here at all. Spent near a hundred dollars for half of my order to be missing and also the ugliest, hardest, dry, burnt chicken ever. I had to leave home and go back to the store for the rest of my order. No apologies or anything besides a refund request. I just wanted my food with the right request made. In a 16 piece it states that you’ll get 4 of each. No wings AT ALL! That’s all my grandma eats. Then when I went back the wings were NO BETTER! Hard as a rock. I had to end up warming up soup instead which was a total inconvenience for us all. I will not be back!
LOOK AT THIS BEFORE SPENDING YOUR $
By far the worst location. Pulled up at 10:30 and they weren’t supposed to close until 12am. Saw about 6-7 workers inside with aprons on conversing. There was a long line and when we got to the window there was no response what so ever. Sat there for almost 10 minutes saying hello etc and decided to pull up to the window where the young girl mouthed to us “CLOSED”. Nothing else. If you’re in the building with all lights on including the menu AT LEAST have the decency to tell the long line over the speaker that you’re closed OR turn the menu lights off.
Please fire everyone & rehire new employees with proper training.
With this type of “customer service” I wouldn’t even trust the quality of the food here. Couldn’t find a health score rating anywhere. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
