“New restaurant (I think) in Covington, Georgia. I've used the mobile through line the several times now and the order has always been just right. No confusion. Good service, as always, from Chick-fil-A. I have not yet dined in, but I may in the future.
I gave them a five on atmosphere just based on the quality of service received in the mobile through line. Pleasant always.“

“I came in here with my Grandma, eager to try a new place out because we aren't from Georgia. The menu looked mouth watering, but we wondered if the food was mouth watering, too. We placed an order, and just like that, we received our order within under like.. 4 minutes. And BOY was it good. I'M VERY OBSESSED. The chicken tenders are amazing, and my grandma liked the wings.
The fries are kinda just.. there. But this is a CHICKEN place. Also the cashiers were very kind and understanding. Bonus points for the delicious famous sweet tea. I got PLENTY refills, which were free, by the way.
I love this place, and I plan to come back here on the regular!

Vegetarian options: If you're a vegetarian, you're obviously VERY silly to end up in a chicken place, but at least they have salads for you!

Dietary restrictions: It's a chicken place.

Parking: The parking lot is in front of the building, and I'm not sure how many spots there were, but it shouldn't be a problem finding parking.

Kid-friendliness: The restaurant is very kid friendly, with the interior being very attractive, and of course, good food that's easy to digest for them.

Wheelchair accessibility: There are NO stairs, and there's wheelchair parking. It should be very easy for a person with a wheelchair to get in and out, and also enjoy good food.“

“My Experience at Chick-fil-A Covington (Hwy 278)

I usually use the Chick-fil-A mobile app because it’s quicker, allowing me to grab my food and go. Occasionally, I order ice cream, and while the app doesn’t have an option for almonds, I simply ask for them when I arrive at the mobile pickup line. Sometimes, I’m charged for them, and sometimes I’m not—but either way, I have no issue paying.

However, on this particular visit, a manager named Mike M. took it upon himself to enforce a new, unnecessary rule. He instructed his employee that if I wanted almonds, I’d have to get in the regular, longer line—just for almonds. I asked to speak with him directly, and his response was nothing short of aggressive and unprofessional. He firmly stated that if I ordered almonds again in the mobile line, he would call the police on me. Call the police—for almonds.

I left feeling angry, hurt, and deeply disappointed. There’s a pattern of behavior with this particular individual, and I can’t help but wonder about his motives—especially toward women and women of color.

If anyone else has experienced issues with Mike M. at this location, I encourage you to report him to Chick-fil-A corporate. Customer service matters, and no one should be treated this way.

“This location was great! We ordered the salads and they were so good! They were wonderfully crafted and we love them so much that we went back the very next night. The service was extremely fast through the drive-thru. I mean, literally we were taking our time making the order and she was trying to hard to hear us and make sure we got everything right. By the time we drove around to the window, our food was already packaged up and exactly as we requested with our customizations.“

“I ordered from here through Uber Eats. The food was very good and it was freshly prepared. I ordered shrimp fried rice and fried chicken wings. The rice had bell peppers and onions in it that had been sautéed. The flavor in the rice was awesome!!! I usually eat just a little of rice because a lot of times it’s not fresh rice when you order it from some restaurants, that was not the case here. The chicken wings were also very good and flavorful. There price range is just right.“
