Ordered through door dash today and my salad was horrible. The chicken was dry probably leftovers from days ago. The person who made my salad surely didn't look at the lettece because I discovered too many old pieces. It's ridiculous. I'll go back to Jim n Nick'

Took a while to get the food but worth the wait. Tenders, potatoes salad, stew and peach cobbler was great.Was asked 4 times if everything was good and if we needed anything.Great job by the staff.

Food is always great here but the girl who took our order declined taking our name because she couldn't spell Amelia or Carla, she said we would be down as no name and she would get our food to us. After 20 minutes she was bringing out food to a different customer and asked, "yall ordered already right?" When we told her we were the no name to-go order she said, "oh yalls food has been there for a WHILE but I was in the back." It's just no way to run a restaurant. She saw we were unhappy and said it hadn't been there that long and apologized but it has clearly been sitting for a while.

This is the 3rd or so time that the food has been lacking- twice now I've had raw cold chicken tenders - I don't think we will be back to this location for a long time.

The food is usually pretty good and fairly fast. The service is ok but it is disappointing to wait in a long line while phone orders take precedence over those standing in front of them.

The weekend special $7 pork plate was a great deal. The Texas Toast Bread allowed you a wonderful Sandwich. The service was great and the employees really loved their JOB and Showed Off their Shane's TeeShirts.

I have lived and or worked by the original Shane's rib shack since it opened. We often visit that location As well as numerous other ones. Our meal tonight all around was the best Shane's experience I have personally had more than 10 years. I got the sampler and everything on the sampler was the way Shane originally intended. Everything was perfect. Great Job!

I have not been to Shane's Rib Shack nor do I plan to visit because of the reviews. Give the chef another position and hire someone who will give your name the standards you would love to hear from your customers.

Waited 20+ minutes for curbside pickup, and they did not put the sauce in the bag. The grilled chicken sandwich was dry because it had no sauce. The fries were gross and soggy because they sat in the Styrofoam container with the sandwich that whole time.I'll give a star for the drink, which was somehow not messed up.I did finally call to remind them I was out there waiting, and I wasn't rude, I checked my tone, I controlled my attitude even though I was irritated. And the employee who answered the phone acted like she had never heard of curbside pickup in her life, and she ended the conversation with "okay." *click*No "bye, we'll be right out, sorry for your wait..." And then after all that, no sauce.I actually said to myself, if the order is right, I'm not going to leave a review... but the order was NOT right. They also have no feedback options on the app, which is where I would have preferred to leave this review.I have always had excellent service at every other Shane's location, very disappointed with this experience. I won't be coming back to this one.
