I wanted a bbq sandwich so I googled places close to me. I saw that this place had a 4.7 so I figured I’d give it a shot. I ordered a bbq pork sandwich, Mac & cheese & baked beans. The Mac & cheese was probably the best thing I ordered. It seemed a little old and was flavorless but nevertheless the best thing on the plate. The baked beans were very tangy, no sweetness and pretty bad to say the least. As far as the worse thing, the bbq sandwich which is what I wanted to begin with. It was horrible. I took one bite and spit it out. I only taste vinegar, no other flavors! Perhaps I picked the wrong things on the menu idk. The service was pretty decent! Considering the service, I’ll give this place a 1/10.

Had brisket burger and all good burger. Both so delicious. Messy but so worth it. Kind of hidden away but worth going out! Workers are so sweet and patient good atmosphere.

The stew is fantastic. The service is fantastic!! The BBQ on the other hand already has a sauce on it that is very vinegary.
We asked for BBQ without sauce and they said it all has sauce on it.
Suggestion: Maybe consider making some BBQ without sauce on it and let customers add their own sauce, as a test.

Smoke Friendly is the best. Great staff, great food, great family fun restaurant. Brunswick stew is the best, and the Big Charlie is excellent. It is our go-to BBQ restaurant since we found it 2 years ago. We drive past several BBQ restaurants to get there, and it is well worth it!

I dont know who that pretty woman is who gave me my bbq, think she said her name was kash. But the customer service was on par with some of the nicest restaurants ive been to. Food was hot and the brisket was juuuuuicy. Would definitely recommend this place to anybody looking for amazing BBQ!

Be warned, the meat will be quite vinegary (Carolina style). Didn't know this before we ordered. We couldn't even eat most of it. The brisket however was great (and not vinegary). We did get a refund though. Very nice staff. But hope you like vinegar drenched meat.

This is real southern BBQ. Not the new trendy stuff we see around everywhere. Solid Old School BBQ...some of the best ever. Madison was very helpful as well. Top notch service and great food. Don't miss out.
