What an inconvenience to drive 21 minutes away only to see a sign closed for something I feel should be done during non operational hours. Customers are coming as I sit here only to be disappointed and in disbelief as well‼️

THIS IS RIDICULOUS. I asked them when I picked it up why it was runny, if it was melted and she said no I just put a little too much in the bowl. I drove 5 minutes and opened it and this is what it looked like. This is $12!!!!

I order online at this location and I noticed they charge $1.29 per addition to your smoothie. At the loganville location it's $.99 per addition!! Then I walked in, no health report, one of the girls was holding her personal cell to her ear while making a order having a complete conversation about what they gonna do tonight. The other young girl didn't have a clue what was going on, asked me my name twice, then didn't bother to say it was ready. I will drive to loganville, conyers even snellville before I ever go back here. I gave them quite a few chances, no work ethic and just plain greed.

I visited this location today and was truly disappointed with not being greeted as we walked in. I actually had to say hello first and I don’t even think I got a hello back. I’m a senior retail storage manager and one of the most important themes of the day is being greeted into an establishment. There was no greeting, no smile, no nothing. I will never visit this location ever again.
