My chicken tenders were hard and burnt, and was really no chicken inside of them not to mention My fork stains on it. The bathroom had cockroaches and there is carpet in the eating area! Disgusting!!

Terry is the manager but don’t ask her to actually manage the place cause that would be too much like work. Deedee is the worst server in there. She’s aggressive but when you bring it to management’s attention she gets all up in your face. I’ve had many rude encounters with both. And the food is not that good for them to have all this attitude.

Had to come to Covington to bring a client that I work for. She wanted to stop here for lunch. Upon entering, the hostess was nice but after being seated it all went down hill from there. Our waitress wasn't friendly at all nor did she give good customer service. She didn't smile and she was just down right rude . She never came back to the table to see if we needed anything. After finally placing our order, which took over 45 minutes before we received our food, she places the plates on the table very aggressively as if we were bothering her or as if she didn't want to serve us. The food was also cold when it arrived. This type of service and behavior should be unacceptable. I'll never be coming back here again. I think she might have had a problem with my race.

I've got to say I was very disappointed with this restaurant. The place smells like a 100 year old house for whatever reason. And the food was just flat out not good. Steak came out grey.
