We love this Starbucks. Staff is aways sweet and kind. Even when they are super busy they are friendly and always make our drinks quickly. They take good care of not only us, but our service dog as well. They spoil her with pup cups.

Walking into this Starbucks in Covington is always a great experience. No matter how busy they are — and they stay busy — someone still greets you the moment you walk through the door. That welcome sets the tone, and it genuinely makes a difference.
Today especially, the whole team was wonderful. Ashton, who I’ve known from another Starbucks location, is now here and he is fantastic. He knows my drink by heart and always gets it right. Ethan, Katelyn, Kiri, Zayana, Juju, and Jacob are all consistently kind, attentive, and personable. They manage high demand, handle constant orders, and still take the time to make real connections with customers.
This location runs with impressive efficiency while still keeping the atmosphere warm and friendly. I highly recommend this Starbucks — even at their busiest, the service, attitude, and consistency make it one of the best.
The barista named Kiri was very sweet and helpful in guiding me to a sweet treat, I would recommend going to this location simply due to the very welcoming environment. I rated it a 4/5 stars for atmosphere due to how hot it was, I have asthma and I almost passed out. I definitely would’ve stayed longer if not for that unbearable heat.

I have been coming to the Starbucks in Covington to study for an upcoming exam and it's by far one of my favorite study spots!! I love how the baristas are so inviting and welcoming, and how all the drinks that I have ordered are perfectly made!!
I recently ordered an iced vanilla protein cold foam latte and the foam was fluffy and sweet, with the perfect amount of foam to complement the milk with espresso.
