We love this Starbucks. Staff is aways sweet and kind. Even when they are super busy they are friendly and always make our drinks quickly. They take good care of not only us, but our service dog as well. They spoil her with pup cups.

Happy I chose to stop in. The employees were polite & very helpful. The store was very well put together. Bathrooms were clean and well stocked (A HUGE PET PEEVE)! Will definitely make this a regular stop when I travel.

Walking into this Starbucks in Covington is always a great experience. No matter how busy they are — and they stay busy — someone still greets you the moment you walk through the door. That welcome sets the tone, and it genuinely makes a difference.
